Didn't go in but it was the best and quite efficient the quickest drive through I've ever seen 😍

They always know my order when I pull up to the speaker and love it when I bring my dog with me. They're MUCH nicer and more polite at this location. The one that's up the road in Middlefield has a lot of snooty, rude people working there and they ALWAYS mess up my order EVERY time I go there. The one on Washington (this 1) is SO much better! Dare I say... maybe even the best one in Middletown and all surrounding towns!

We stopped into Dunkin Donuts at 613 Washington Street, Middletown, CT.
-----The friendliest service EVER! The woman behind the counter, Usha, took our order. It was July 4th, a holiday, and she was so professional and accommodating. It is very rare to come across such friendly service these days. Not to mention, she was working on a holiday. Everyone behind the counter was so friendly and courteous.

I also spilled some of my iced coffee on the floor. Someone came right over to me and offered to replace my lid. I also tried to clean up after my mess and he insisted he would take care of it. I CANNOT say enough about the friendly staff. Keep up the good work! They deserve recognition. KUDOS!!! Thank you for being available on a holiday as we were driving through.

Dunkin on Washington Street is the best Dunkin around. The girls that “work”, really work hard and some of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ve been to other Dunkin’s, but can not compare to the Washington street, the only Dunkin that gets my order correct and treat the customers with respect! I could name names but they are my very favorite. Regular here.

My coffee was supper yummy! They had a sign letting us customers know they have people in training (I really like that) and the trainies where polite and made my coffee perfect! This place is always clean, employees are always friendly, and 99 percent of the time my coffee is perfect! I alway drive an extra couple miles just to go to this specific Dunkin 😁

Usually very good coffee and donuts are always fresh ... drive thru people are great .. one of the better dd locations .

This location offers quality food and friendly service, clean restaurant, and patient staff has been amazing here. I only wish their hours were extended . Would be wonderful to have them open late night at their drive through.

They are fast. I only used the drive through. Some times I think the younger kids seem to get overwhelmed and you can hear it in their tone. Sorta like "are you done yet" that madness me sad.

Once my car window didn’t open. The employee dove through the drive though window rescuing my blueberry muffin. I’m very thankful. Muah xoxo.

Went this morning at about 9:15, ordered a pumpkin spice hot cappuccino, it was the best cappuccino I've ever had! Idk who made it this morning but they made it perfect 👌

Love this place!! Everytime I visit or pick up/drop off my daughter at college, I stop by this location, and they have never gotten my order wrong! This is, by far, the best location I have ever been to.

Chris is a great guy and is always happy at the drive thru window every day! His upbeat personality always makes my day!! Give that guy a raise!!

Extra clean 1 of the nicest DD in middletown

They always get my order right and know what I like. Coffee is good, plus they're open 24 so I can always get my late night latte fix.

Got my order right! Which is a big plus. Parking lot is very tight not a lot of room to park. Bathrooms are clean
