I never eat “take out”, but I kept getting emails about how it was Veteran’s Day Today! Thank you so much for the free donut today (Veteran’s Day, bring your ID/DD214 paperwork next year!).

I was told the lovely girl via drive thru to surprise me with whatever donut (it was for my little toddler), but she surprised me with a CHOCOLATE WHOOPIE PIE😩💕 I had no idea that Dunkin’ Donuts made chocolate whoopie pies, but it was DELICIOUS 🥹💕 it was such a great concept of a whoopie pie by slicing a chocolate glazed donut (my childhood favorite from DD hehe), and filling it with the BEST cream ever! Wasn’t heavy or too sweet at ALL😇

The girl who took my order was the one who personally picked out my whoopie pie and met me at the window. She was such a sweet heart with wonderful energy and I felt bad I looked like a troll and basically drove off (scared of the huge hungry line behind me 🦏🚘) but thank you so much for making me and my daughter’s day <3 I wish I got your name, but give this employee a huge raise 💲🤜🤛🥹 because she’s going places!!!

I go here almost every morning. Staff is friendly and work quickly, never had a long wait for my order inside or drive through. Clean inside (even the bathrooms)

I LOVE the Dunkin on Newfield Street and especially Wally! I go there typically once a day and if he is there he knows my order and always makes it perfectly! Very friendly and outgoing! Don’t loose him. He is your best employee!

I wanted to share my experience as a frequent customer of the Dunkin on newfield street in Middletown. They have an employee there (Wilma). She is a clear example of and employee that you want every customer to come in contact with. She greets you with great respect and is passionate about ensuring your experience to the store meets your every expectation. This is why I continue to return. I'm a Director of an agency that has essential workers. Any time that we want to recognize them for there great work I make one call and that is to Wilma. Today I purchased $7000.00 in gift cards. I'm just impressed by the service I was provided. One call and within one day all cards available and stuffed in the sleeves and ready to be delivered to our employees. I will continue to return to Dunkin Newfield street. Wilma is a great role model to all the employees working at this location. Today I honor wilma a true example of an employee that understands excellent customer service.

Dunkin Donuts on Newfield Street in Middletown always make my coffee right. Plus the drive through line goes fast unlike some Dunkin donuts in Middletown. I literally drive past the one closer to me to have a better day with my coffee made RIGHT...

Really good staff, above average. Knew prices without scanning, quick in, quick out, very clean. One of the best D&D's and I go to many.

Smaller seating area but good advice inside and at drive thru. Bathrooms are usually clean too.
