Dunkin'

I stopped by this place to charge my car on a morning, I went in to get a large cup of tea and a Dunkin’ Tomato Pesto Grilled Cheese sandwich. Everything was great. On my way back two days later, I stopped by it again. The dinning room was closed, but I got my tea from the drive-through window while charging my car.
This has become one of my favorite stops. It is very close to Rt. 90.

Brandy at the W. Springfield, MA location is excellent! She helped me prepare for a presentation at the VA/Leeds on 4/22/24. She perfectly organized a big order for me to pick up and go. Everything was in order. She was very customer-service oriented, enthusiastic, organized and efficient. I applaud her on a job well done! Thank you Brandy!

The girl who works there she always takes my order is absolutely amazing. So very attentive works hard and always has a smile on her face

Our cashier was so kind and sweet to us. We were being a tad indecisive while deciding which drink to get, but she was patient the whole time. We mentioned that we were using my boyfriend's coupon for his birthday, and when we got our drink, we saw a message on the cup. It was really cool that she went out of her way to do that for us. Definitely my best experience at any Dunkin

Workers were nice and in the spirit, which was very welcoming. Donuts were soft and not stale.

I come here basically everyday for breakfast and coffee as it’s close to my work and the workers are always so sweet and friendly i love them !!

I stopped in on Saturday Sept 14th around 730 a.m.. I ordered a box of Joe and a box of munchkins and a half dozen donuts ( work lol)
A clerk named Christian waited on me. He made a few mistakes but pressed on, keeping a smile on his face. He was pleasant and was more than generous ( coffee for me)
I've been to this location b4 and usually get s wrong order with a less than nice clerk, so I wanted to say thanks. Christian was professional AND friendly. I hope your management appreciates his hard work. He certainly made my morning great. So I will try you again....

Dunkin for the win. Must grab coffee to start my day. Always made just right. Customer service could work on their manners but sadly, as per today's society, it's the usual "is that all?" 😕

The best Dunkin so far... Also, no one is perfect, so for all you people that think you're better than the employees that work here and that like to complain like little girls, go to a different DD... Do you know how hard it is to deal with dumb ass, picky ass, crying little babies like yourselves? So before you leave a messed up review or take time in your pathetic day to complain on these employees, who are hard workers, whether you think they are or aren't, who could possibly get in trouble BC of what you think.. well, I think You're a loser and you need to get over yourself and stop thinking your better than the employees that work here... Now, as far as service, all good.. food and drink, all good.. especially, the caramel swirl ice coffee I get.. So thanks to the employees and manager Nick, you're doing a great job.. keep up the good work!!!😀😀😀😀😀

Jessica always takes care of me every morning and makes my latte correct. Her staff is very kind and professional. I appreciate the professionalism and respect that I recieve from one of the best Dunkins.

Always happy and pleasant. Very consistent from day to day. Easy access off the pike.

Doesn't seem to get too busy during typically busy hours. Quick in and out and they have consistently made my wife's coffee correct, so big props.

I will keep as short as possible. I broke down in west Springfield mass in riverdale road. I decided to sit at DD to wait for my ride. Being there over 3 hours i have to say I met the NICEST caring employee of Dunkin Donuts ever. She was going over and beyond to help me get home. She worried more than people ive known for 20 plus years. Im hoping Corporate recognizes this young lady. Her name is Gigi on the name tag. Other employees could learn alot from her. I felt comfortable especially not being in surroundings i knew. Thank you again Gigi S. You calmed me down made me feel relaxed and treated me like we have known each other for years though your a young lady. Thank you sweetheart. Carrie Motyka

It's Dunkin, same everywhere. Well I guess the service could stink and the coffee could be old, both issues not here though.
