They have a friendly and upbeat atmosphere, the employees warmly greet you upon entering and are more than willing to help you with any questions or concerns. The store is right next to a subways right on memorial drive. I think its a great location to visit.

I would just like to give a shout out to the two adorable nerdy boys working at the Chicopee Massachusetts GameStop on December 22nd 2022 at 7:30 p.m. they were rock stars help me find what I needed and I was an extra feisty customer just in general not towards them and they were still super pleasant totally helped lighten my mood with me A++ and golden stickers for them

Needed to exchange a controller for PS4 and I went there my mom brought it in and they said all you got to do is pay $15 for the warranty they can which is awesome it was helpful

I will give this specific location 5 stars because they brought me back into the gamestop fold after being lapsed for a few years. An issue with a missing serial number on a vita. They are always fast, well stocked, and knowledgeable.

Great Service. Always have a good experience when I go there. Employees are always trying to sell me on other games and accessories, which is cool it's good to see employees being engaged.
