Meat department staff was amazing. Helped with my meat selection paid attention to the cut I requested and offered suggestions. So fresh dinner was great and affordable. Anazing staff very welcoming and knowledgeable nothing like that other meat outlet in Springfield. My new favorite spot to spend and save my money for sure.

One stop at Arnold's Meats and you'll never buy at your local grocery store ever again. The quality is better, fresher, and the price is LOWER! They also carry a huge selection of french fries, buns/breads, fresh eggs, pies, seafood, condiments, and almost anything else you need for a BBQ, cookout, or dinner.

The owner was so kind. He greeted us as we came in offered to help. The staff was very kind. Great customer service!. We'll be back for sure!.

I just there and I dropped my debit card, I went back in and asked the clerk at the register if she seen it.. She didn’t see where it could have gone but came out to see if it had happen to fall out on the ground witch it did. GREATLY appreciated the fact she came out with me to look for it!! I absolutely love coming here!! Plus the owner comes around to see if you need/want any help! I absolutely love coming here to get what I need! Great, people here! My go to for any and all meats!

Thank you for taking care of my wife and her sister today. The pork loin you picked out for her was beautiful and the price on the angus rib eye was the best I've seen in two years. I never have time to get to a meat market because they're usually closed by the time I'm done working. I'm happy to know that my wife can go during the day and will get good help.

They use boxes not so much bags to carry your items in. Now that's great for recycling right!!

Prices are good the employees are great and they cut your meat however you'd like it to get cut!! I'd never go to any other Meat Store I've been shopping here @Arnold's Meats now for over 21 years and I'll continue to shop there always!!! I buy all my meats at Arnold's. I've been buying there ever since I've been a homeowner. Today I received exceptional service from Larry and his staff. They custom cut a few orders for me and even helped find my favorite teriyaki marinade that I thought was out of stock. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Amazing place. They've got great prices and are very friendly and almost homely there, talking to each other and customers as friends. 10/10 its worth giving them your money for meat instead of big y or stop and shop in my opinion.

Excellent and quantity meat choices, great prices, friendly staff that will cut your meat any desired way. Assortment of vegetables, French fries, desserts and spices. Excellent place to shop, we travel an hour and twenty minutes one way.

Nice butcher shop. Great prices on all poultry. Beef, pork, chicken, duck, elk, venison and many other products. Seafood is expensive here. A whole wall full of different kinds of spices and dry rubs. Definitely cheaper than your typical grocery store. For about $100 we bought enough meat for a week or two for carnivore diet. I’d probably spend over $200 on meat at Walmart or BigY.

Service is great they even pack their steaks in individual bags. Only thing you have to trust the service at the cashiers or pay attention to what they do because their receipts are only for the balance due.Over all great place to get a good cut of meat for a great price , good service and extra attention to customers.

I was running late last week and got to the door just about a minute after they closed and it was locked....as I’m getting back in my car the man at the door comes running out to get me and welcomes me in. I am one to appreciate great customer service when I come across it and my few experiences at Arnold’s have been enough to keep me as a now regular customer. Thank you!
