The bakers here sure know what they're doing! They make amazing gluten free sweets and even have a grocery section of gluten free selection. My partner ordered my birthday cake here and they made a special accommodation because "the idea was so cute" and the cake turned out absolutely adorable and delicious! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help. No better gluten free bakery in Knoxville!

This place is a blessing for those with food allergies! The foods are always AMAZING and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Not only do they have fresh items, but they also have a variety of shelf stable and frozen foods. The lemon pond cake is my all-time favorite, but there are so many options to choose from.

So glad that this is here! My girlfriend is gluten free and has an egg allergy, so having all of these gluten free options as well as some vegan ones was amazing. She was so happy looking at everything they had, and I loved the sausage biscuit. Reasonably priced as well! We got breakfast for 2 for $14 which I’m not at all mad at.

Completely gluten free spot with amazing options! I had my first panini in years and it was amazing! Also had the meat quiche & pineapple upside down cake. Highly recommend to those with gluten sensitivity and even those without!

I have been gluten free since 2012 and first discovered this company when they were at their Campbell Station location. The new location on Kingston Pike is cute, convenient and has increased the amount of products they make and sell. We love the chicken and broccoli casserole in the freezer case. You can order one if there are none in the case. We also like their everything bagels. This is our go to place. Their bakery case is impressive!

They made the sweetest little cake for us to celebrate a baby on the way! I’ve also tried their cupcakes, oatmeal cream pies, and cinnamon rolls, and they are all amazing. These people seriously know how to bake their gluten free goodies, everything is so cute and yummy!!

We found this place just 5 mins from our hotel and had a fabulous experience!! We normally come through on a Sunday and miss it but this time we came through on a Tues and SO glad we did! They were fabulous and patient and offered to warm up our cinnamon rolls. They were aware of the various restrictions we have with the kids and mindful of how they bagged up our treats to go. Definitely going to try to make our stopovers in Knoxville have a morning other than a Sunday from now on.

Always a great experience. I go here honestly almost everyday for something! I recommend their chicken salad, and paninis and their cupcakes and cookies and pound cakes- those don’t taste GF at all! Highly recommend this place!!❤
Edit- i just read through reviews and it saddens me cause there are a good amount of bad reviews. GF is hard and EXPENSIVE to make because everything gf is market up even for them to buy to make us GF stuff. No not everything they make tastes 10/10 but if you go to a normal non gf bakery it would be the same, some items are AMAZING and other are ehh. For example im not a fan of benefits pop tart. I am just grateful a business owner has a passion to help those out with allergies, my life as someone with celiacs would be a lot more sad without benefit your life. I appreciate all they do.

If you are looking for a bakery that is totally dedicated gluten free here it is in Knoxville, TN. I live in Chattanooga, TN and stumbled upon this place by pure accident but a good one. I can get gluten free back home but it's only certain days and the bakery has to shut down for deep cleanings which is still a risk. Here you don't have to worry about having any allergic reactions and everything is gluten free not just select items like most places.
If you live in the area or passing through I highly recommend stopping by just off of 140 hwy. You know I stocked up on biscuits, bread, sweet rolls, and pastries before heading home. 🤗

Also, shout out to the bakery for being the only totally gluten free facility i have found yet in my travels around the US.
The place was very clean, lots of options I never thought I would be able to get like biscuits, and friendly staff to assist. I felt like buying the store out. 🤷‍♂

We are very appreciative of the wonderful gluten-free goodies from Benefit Your Life. My husband has celiac disease. We have purchased many of the different treats, and they have all been delicious. We are especially fond of the oatmeal cream pies and the buttermilk coconut pie. We met 30 years ago this week, and both ordered coconut pie that night at Peterson’s in Mount Adams in Cincinnati. To celebrate, I ordered a coconut pie from BYL, and it is so so good, and made our celebration special! We have also had the quiche and coffee inside the restaurant, and it was very good.

I stumbled on this place and love their bakery items. I was surprised how good their pop-tarts are considering they are gluten free. I also love their coffee!

Traveled to Knoxville from Bedford Va for a concert and happened to find this on google while searching for places safe for me (a celiac) to eat and we traveled the extra 20 minutes away from home before we left the area entirely Friday morning to get some goodies because I have never been anywhere like this being from a smaller town. We were greeted with smiling faces and knowledgeable employees, everything we had was absolutely Delicious, I wanted to buy one of everything if I am being honest. Whenever Im back in Tennessee, whether it be, Knoxville, Gatlinburg, or passing through I will travel the extra miles to make sure I stop EVERY time.
Thank you guys!

I have celiac and so it was great to eat here. I had a chicken salad sandwich on gluten-free lightly toasted bread. I had a smoothie. I had a fantastic gluten-free parfait and a cinnamon roll I took home for later. Fantastic experience, friendly, prompt service and delicious gluten-free food! Quiche is also available, which I would have love to try, but I'm allergic to eggs.

Stopped by Benefit Your Life during our honeymoon as someone with celiac disease. I have never seen such an amazing selection of gluten free items. I was so happy to see it was a dedicated gluten free facility. The cupcakes and cookies are amazing! I love that they have both fresh baked goods and frozen goods avilable to purchase! I so wish there was something like this closer to where we live!

Delicious! I had a scone and my husband had a cinnamon roll. Plus, we have a few treats left for later. 😉 We don’t have a gluten allergy, but a love for bakeries, so we are glad we popped by.
