Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was helped by Bob at the Vestal Firestone. He was extremely helpful and personable, and gave me an honest assessment of my vehicle. Hard to know who you can trust sometimes at establishments similar to this one, but Bob and the other associates I’ve worked with have always treated me honestly and fairly. This is added to the list of great experiences I’ve had at this site.

On our way from Geneseo to L.I., We stopped here with the battery light on, Jeremy and staff took care of us. They tested battery and charging system, cleaned up battery terminals, topped off coolant. Charged us very little. Made it home with no issues. Honest and straightforward, no pressure to do any unnecessary service. Highly recommend! Anyone with a student at Bing should keep them in mind, I wish I knew of them while my son was at Bing for 4 years.

The staff there actually tells me what I need and has fair pricing to accommodate my vehicle's needs. Will continue going here and reccomeneding business here due to the high professionalism and high class performance always done in fashionable timing. I appreciate the Vestal team.

Cheap oil change compared to most other local shops. Also got an alignment that is good for the life of my vehicle for only a little bit more than the cost of doing it a single time.

A long way from home, had coolant leaking. Most car repair places either couldn’t take me or wanted me to drop the car off. Firestone on Vestal Pkwy took my car right in and did a diagnostic ($100). Worth it. Had to wait for a part a few hours. Better then being stuck for a day or two. Shop guys were all nice.

I love how friendly and fast my experiences always are. Samantha is knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to finding deals to take advantage of. I am never told I need more work than necessary, and nothing is ever done without my explicit consent.
I came in today solely for my inspection, and let them know that I couldn't clear the air pressure light. They looked my tires over, found a large nail, and looked at my file to see when the tires were replaced. Since they were under a year old, and I had purchased Road Hazard previously, replacing the tire with a brand new one cost nothing. I was asked if I wanted to repurchase the Road Hazard to cover me in the future, and I agreed.
Firestone has my business for life.

Firestone in Vestal had great service! I called in the morning with an issue with my tire. They got me in right away and fixed the problem within an hour. They even gave me a student discount! Very friendly. I will recommend them in the future!

Lance in Vestal is the go to guy, each time I have gone there in a pinch he has gone over and beyond for me and/or other customers waiting . Need a NYS inspection this is the place to go.....unlike the other locations locally who do not want to help I called mid afternoon the 1st of the month and Lance squeezed me in with 2 other appointments that day and then had me in and out in 30 minutes. Great service each time....highly recommend.
