Excellent as ever and the girls get my iced coffee done right love how they may it

Excellent, fast, friendly service. One of the better McDonalds.

One of the first ones in the area to get my whole order correct! Also One of the first ones in the area to be cordial & say a simple nice saying to their customer "Have A Nice Day & See You Again"! What an encouragement for repeat business & it only took 5 seconds while the young man was handing out the drink with a straw & the meal, making sure that all items were included such as napkins, ketchup & salt or sauces as needed. I used to be a manager in Bowling Green, KY for McDonald's and I took pride in my work as well as my workers and taught them that a couple words of encouragement with customers goes a long ways & may encourage them to be repeat customers. Thank you for a wonderful experience at this McDonald's!

Stopped here to get gas. Did not go to McDonald's this time I have in the past?....

Better than the McDonalds at the end of Upper Front Street in Binghamton near the College/Cooperative Extension.
I advise avoiding That one. ( either the buns are burnt or its put together and is a big mess. It's just gross and we avoid it. That's why we went to this one, better consistant food, quality )
This McDonalds was as expected.

This McDonalds.. the one attached to Speedway.. is the BEST. Customer service is 10/10. Food is always hot. Orders always correct. Bathrooms nice and clean.

Listen, you know what you are going to eat when you get to Macdonald's, but the service here was with a smile and friendliness I cannot say I get at many other restaurants these days. The young woman who was training the new hire on Monday was lights out and helpful. Thanks!

I usually have low expectations, as my orders are usually mixed up when I go to McDonald's. I was very pleased with the service and accuracy of my order. The staff there was very friendly and attentive.

The food is always fresh and hot here. They have a manager that goes above and beyond for his customers! I wish I knew his name because he is a asset to the corporation.

I have been continuously eating at this McDonald’s for years now. The service is always fast, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the prices stay reasonable, and the food is always good. I miss the days of it being 24hrs. I highly recommend this location.

I was very delightfully greeted and taken care of by the wonderful staff. It can really be hit or miss at most McDonald's, but when one of my sandwiches had some ingredients forgotten, they were apologetic, and quickly replaced my sandwich with the correct one.

Probably the best McD’s I’ve ever been to. They rarely mess up orders. The workers are always super polite. Other McDonalds in the area should do training here or something.

I was treated like a king by John. Supreme service and insanely quick. It’s crazy how fast he can serve people and will take patience and time with every customer. He upholds the upmost respect. I felt like I was Gordon Ramsay in the place and felt amazing

awesome.... The one woman was so nice. My son didn't get the dinosaur he wanted. So she looked threw all the happy meals to see if she could find one. No luck they were out of them. It was so nice of her. I was six cents short also for his french fries he wanted and the cashier told me don't worry about. It was so nice of them We need more ppl in the world like that.

Ryan was very helpful. He made several good recommendations. Service was fast, efficient and order was correct. Ryan even stopped by our table to make sure all was well.

Big mack ! Good seating , clean , fast service . I was able to sit and enjoy my meal and did not feel rushed .

They were short staffed and I had a bit of a wait but my order was correct, food was hot and fresh & all staff were great!

Exactly what you would expect from Mickey D's: decent food, clean dining and rest areas, and service with a smile!
