Wendy's

It was a hot one today and nothing cools you off like a frosty from Wendy's. My home buyer and I stopped here quick in-between viewing houses in North Syracuse. The chocolate frost for a dollar is the best! Brings back memories or coming here as a kid with my family. Didn't go inside but the drive through was extremely quick. My client had the spicy chicken sandwich and he thought it was great.

My wife and I were treated very kindly and received very good service despite having limited working staff on this particular day. I feel the staff working deserve some appreciation for their dedicated service.

Just a lil slow at times. Only because no one wants to work. Not the employees here just people in general

Always enjoy coming here when I think of fast food. This location is always consistent as far as fresh hot food. I also like to see new and younger employees being hired to work here. The employees have always been nice a polite and actually seem pretty happy while they are working. I would absolutely recommend!

Good food and atmosphere at a reasonable price .

This is the best Wendy's I have ever gone to and I'm glad it's my local one. The prices are high if you aren't getting the $4 special, but their customer service and ability to correctly fill an order is unmatched in this area. I'm always confident when I drive away that I don't need to check the bag unlike other local fast food chains.

The folks at this Wendy's are always accurate and super polite. Haven't had an error in a long time while visiting them. Fast Food doesn't mean it has to rushed to the point of mistakes. Glad to see they take the time to get it right the first time. Great job

I love the honey butter biscuits with extra butter they are to die for seriously great wish they would serve them all day long!!

Staff seemed overwhelmed, however this did not effect my service whatsoever. They were friendly, helpful and fast.

I drive down the road to go to this wendys instead of the closer one. The food is fresh and orders are correct. The power went out and they could not take card orders so the manager gave it to us! Thank you!!! I love this Wendy's and I'll be back for sure.

Love love the chocolate frosty!! My southwest salad (full size) was sooo filling and good. I couldn't finish it all. Super fast and friendly service.

This facility was very clean and atmosphere inviting. I love the grilled chicken salads that are seasonal favorites. I enjoyed the apple pecan salad with cranberries..really fresh and delicious with a vinaigrette dressing!

Got there and the intercom was broken. Doing entire order process at the window and it was busy. Have to say, very pleasant staff, and very fast service. Job well done.

Fast service, hot food, line wasnt too bad at this one. Overall, a successful experience i would recommend.

The employees are always friendly and ready to greet you. They have the best service and food of any of the Wendy's around the area.

Your fries make me happy. They are little straws of salted delight..... this sounds weird but it's truly heart felt.
