Went to the bellmead store having alternator problems. Brenda and Samson and Mike helped me out with excellent service. I got the wrong alternator and the other one was in valley mills but I had no way of getting there, Samson went out of his way to go get it for me and Mike made sure to look up the TSB that warned me to have a fully charged battery to avoid damaging my brand new alternator. Thanks guys!

A young man named Isaac not only helped me find what windshield wipers that I would need for my car, but took the time to install them correctly for me and wiped my windshield with a rainx wipe. On top of that saw my fluid was low, showed me the best fluid to get and topped my reservoir off for me! But the best part was his guinuine care for his job and his demeanor through my visit. He greeted me at the door and from there on made sure I got what I needed. As he walked back him telling me to have a good day and God bless really turned my day around from a rough start to a nice finish. Thank you Isaac!

Brenda and Justin were so friendly to us while we were trying to figure out a battery problem with our tailgate bus. I normally dont leave reviews and I had a nightmare at autozone with them giving me the wrong part the first time then giving me a ripped up pre-owned part after, lucky my 3rd visit Deanna was there and she fixed my situation quick and easily !!!! The other 2 didn't even add my warranty onto my part which supposed to have a 1 year warranty I'm glad I ran into Deanna the 3rd time around!!!

On Friday, May 19th, I found myself in a race against time due to battery issues, with my son's baseball game hanging in the balance. With minutes to spare, I managed to get a jumpstart for my car before the game, only to have it called off due to lightning. Realizing that AutoZone closed at 9 PM, I hurriedly searched for help and arrived at the store at 8:40 PM, a mere 20 minutes before closing.

Despite the late hour and my reluctance to bother the employees, my urgent need for a battery replacement pushed me to approach Drake and Deanna. Being far from car-savvy, I humbly asked if they could assist me with installing the battery. Without any hesitation, and in the midst of a torrential downpour accompanied by thunder and lightning, they willingly ventured outside to help me.

I literally could cry at how amazing my customer experience was tonight. My suburban broke down in the parking lot. 1 year toddler fussing and I’m almost 40 weeks along. I ran into an angel who happened to be named Jesus. Crazy right?! He fixed my car in 40 degree weather. Forever grateful to be up and running to get home, 2 hours away.
