The associates are nice and very helpful. They offer many services for free like; battery testing, alternator testing, remote testing, check engine light. They look up parts for you and anything else that you may need. They will always print out the info they've given you. Not long ago, they checked my check engine light. From the diagnosis, they told me what the codes meant. I took my paper and left. I called the dealer and explained my situation. They explained to me that Auto zones diagnostic testing is generic and theirs its more accurate. I took my vehicle into the shop, but of course, they could not get the car to duplicate the problem. They did something minor, but I still paid for today hour of diagnosis and the parts. The codes were cleared. I was happy and went on my way. I stopped to get gas, and the problem started again. I went back for the same issue again. I was upset about it, but I needed my car in good working condition. This particular visit, Yes it was exactly what Auto Zone had already informed me of. I'm glad I went there first.

I would like to say thank you very much to the young lady that closed on Labor day. I called her 9min before closing because our water pump went out while driving to Little Rock, Ar from Elgin, Il. And she was sweet enough to wait for my husband to get there. ( we where about 15-20 min away) For her to stay a after closing and on a Holiday says alot about the type of person she is. Again thank you very much and may God bless you always.

Totally Incredible is how I rate the guys that work at the Anna AutoZone. Today my driveshaft fell out on my 94 E250, as I was driving through Anna on my way to Cape from Marion. I called Autozone to check on a Ujoint and not only did they have one in stock they actually came out and picked me up where my van had broke down and took me to the store and installed the Ujoint for me!! How incredible is that... TOTALLY. Oh i forgot to mention that they only charged me the price of the Ujoint !!!! You guys are great, Many thanks and my utmost appreciation for helping me out today.
