Eli was one of the best customer service reps I have ever encountered.

The service representative was extremely efficient and friendly. She sold me exactly what I needed for my new phone, and was very pleasant, all while assisting another person. She is an asset.

The store manager, Harli, helped me pick out a new phone for my mother recently. Her suggestions were very helpful. More recently, she helped to get a locked iPhone unlocked and other issues resolved. She did this while waiting on other customers. She was friendly and patient with everyone. What an exceptional person!

Excellent service, Meechie stayed for over an hour after close to help me charge and set up my new Apple Watch after showing me the promo for it when I traded in my IPhone 11 Pro.

There was a great lady there from a different store. Very helpful. I went in today and the regular guy was there. Not helpful or nice to me. I will not go back if he is there. I bought a new phone on Friday from the lady.

Aurielle was a fantastic customer service person to work with. She took her time and explained everything and answered all of our questions, no matter how silly they sounded to us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the phones we were buying and took all of the time we needed. We would definitely work with her again! Verizon needs to take notice of this young lady!

I was greeted as I walked in the door and was treated very well in picking out the phone I wanted everything was explained very well the young lady who helped me was awesome sorry can’t remember her name.

Trenton and DRE were great! They are very knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and eager to help. I went out to the store on my lunch break and although it took me a little longer than my break, I would do it again. These guys really know their stuff. Thank you, Trenton and DRE. 😊

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A51 from the Anna, IL store. Enjoy shopping at this Verizon Authorized Retailer as they are so helpful and will walk you through your issues. When I left the store my phone was set-up completely and had case and screen protector on! Sure made my day! Trenton was so helpful.....thanks!
