Chiquita is amazing I won't go to any other Boost store in Augusta. She's courteous, patient and understanding she's the best customer service representative I ever met. She deserves a raise or tip jar 🤣

I travel to Washington Ga from the Augusta/North Augusta area and there isn't any coverage.
That's my only complaint.
How am I offered unlimited data, talk and text... $84 dollars a month and I can't get service 75 miles away?

They were not very helpful. Was giving one of my children my old cell phone and needed a new sim card for it. They didn't even have sim cards in the store

I went in to buy a new phone and asked the girl specifically if she was activating it and told her I would do it myself and didn't want to until I was able to order a case for it. She activated it any way without telling me. I didn't notice until I got to my car that it had, in fact, been activated. I went back in to ask her if she had and she said yes she had to. Not only had it been activated, there was a $15 charge for activation.
She didn't have the common sense to tell me she had to when I asked her specifically not to. If you want to buy a phone order it online or go to Best Buy. Above all do not go to this store.

Terrible service. I switch to Cricket Wireless who has service through at&t!!! Great customer service, great deals, and great service where ever I travel to state to state.
