Gabe's Cafe

Came on a busy Saturday morning, but was able to get a table within 15 minutes. There's a very small bar that you might be able to get seating at if you're a couple, otherwise be ready to wait, but seriously not too long! Our waitress was extremely polite and very attentive. THE FRENCH TOAST was sooo good!! Wish I took a picture, but ate it too fast. The food is fresh and I love the atmosphere. Great breakfast spot!

First time here and it did not disappoint. Rose she’s great!) told me which was most popular in each of the areas of the menu. The. Convinced me the green chili was worth trying.
I order the meat lovers omelette with home fries. So good.

I can't say enough about this place. Their food is delicious. The employees are always so nice and your food comes out pretty fast. This place gets busy for a good reason. I definitely recommend.

My husband got their vegetarian skillet and it was delicious!

I got their biscuts and gravy combo and the gravy was amazing and seasoned to perfection!

We got a side order of pancakes to share and the crispy outside with thr fluffy inside was to die for!

Our server was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of during our visit. Highly recommend checking out this local diner!!

Good food at a reasonable price. My friend had the steak salad, and it looked amazing, a steak on a salad with half an avocado to boot. I had eggs Benedict, which were average. My other friend had breakfast tacos, which she said were great. I took home one of their huge cinnamon rolls but never got to try it as my husband devoured the entire thing!

My husband and I really enjoy going to Gabe's Cafe for breakfast. Today we rode our bikes to breakfast. We arrived at 9:30am and there was not a wait for a table outside. Our server was bright and cheery with a helpful attitude. I ordered the half order of huevos rancheros, and my husband ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. Everything was delicious! I ordered my egg over medium and it was perfect. I can't tell you how many times I've gone to a breakfast joint and the egg is overcooked when I ask for it over medium. This egg was perfect and situated on top of a corn tortilla with beans, grated cheddar cheese, and green chili sauce. It was served with hash browns that had just the right amount of crisp. Our server was great and refilled my coffee several times, as well as my husband's Coke. He liked his biscuits and gravy. By the time we finished there was a wait to get a table. We're lucky to have Gabe's Cafe in our backyard.

Nice atmosphere and the food was great. I got the Mushroom Swiss with fries and that was amazing and not super greasy either. Also had their pecan pie which in my opinion was the best one I've ever had. Highly recommend this gem.

Second visit I got the new York strip which was cooked exactly how I liked. Substituted mashed potatoes for side salad. My wife got the club sandwich. Both were amazing

Its service is over the top. Place is always full but seems to always be a place to sit. I usually get the Diablo Ranchero....it's stupid good. Of all the breakfast places I have ever eaten, it is my favorite...food is exceptional, but the service is even better.

Tori and Bernadette are awesome and are always very quick to help you in every ask! The food is always great and you are always welcomed so kindly. Definitely the place to eat in Frederick!

Great little cafe. We walk over here once a week for breakfast and just had a chance to try out dinner -- it was just as good if not better!! Get the tacos!!!

I had the gabes skillet came out hot and fresh. It had plenty of sausage, bacon and the hash browns we're great too. Tori was a awesome friendly waitress. Place was nice and cozy.
