Its the second time I have dined here for lunch, had the same thing and was treated the same EXCELLENT!! Not sure if this place hasn’t caught on yet er what but get in here and try it out before word gets out its fantastic real oven baked authentic pizza and not priced to send you home broke , friendly staff quick service not sure a person could ask for much more

Ordered take-out, but enjoyed the ambiance when I entered the restaurant to pick it up. The food was amazing! I enjoyed the ham and brie sandwich and a wonderful green salad with pumpkin seeds and colorful cherry tomatoes. The dressing tasted incredible as well. I would definitely recommend it and I will go back!

A friend and I went to Peel’s in Frederick, Colorado yesterday. I ordered the Caprese salad and it was delicious. But I would like to acknowledge our excellent server, Anna, because she was so attentive and went above and beyond. We were there for quite a while, and she was the sweetest. I would definitely go back.

So I've been a local for a bit now. I work a lot and don't get out too much but I'm sitting in my car after another meal at Peel and I figured I'd take the time to leave a review. The staff make a restaurant great. Their attention to detail and their ability to show that they care in their actions and words. This place has a great group of people that work for it. You can tell they care about this place as if it was their own. Tonight I dined on the charcuterie plate paired with a wonderful gin and tonic. Fantastic potion for if you are wanting a lighter side fare. I left most of my appetite at home, but I wanted to get out of the house and chat with some nice people so I came in. What a wonderful assortment of meats and cheeses and these Argentinean peppers will be part of my dreams tonight. This is a really neat restaurant tucked into a really neat little town and I highly recommend people come experience the top notch service here.

Another fantastic visit to Peel... It's becoming a tradition when visiting Colorado; well worth the little detour. Best Neapolitan style pizza in Northern Colorado I've had. Not just pizzas, full menu, great beers and creative cocktails

Some of the best handmade pizzas with great toppings, good variety in choices, and delicious appetizers. Fast service and a good, cozy atmosphere for dining. Highly recommend to anyone within driving distance!

This place is awesome. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable. If you're a fan of wood-fired pizza and cold beer you definitely gotta go check this place out.

The pizza wasn't one of my favorites. To me the crust needed a little more time to cook. That's just my personal opinion though. I give Peel 5 stars for thier black bean soup. MY GOD it's epic. The flavors are all there, and then there is a little heat to back it up. I could eat this daily and be completely happy!

The service and food were great. We sat on the patio and the experience was top notch. The ice cream shop right on the patio is a nice touch! Avery was our server and she was terrific. But all the staff was great. Now off to the Mountain Cowboy for an after dinner Ella's J.

If you like a margarita that doesn't mess around, this is your place. Quite possibly the best I have ever had at a restaurant. Ranked by both taste and alcohol content.

Oh yeah, we ate here too. Service was super friendly and prompt. Food was tasty, had a salad and the BPJ pizza. Patio was chill with Weezer on the radio.

Overall just a great night out.

Protip: if you like microbrew, ask about the brown bag special.

Great food for two wary travelers. RPC salad was great and the pizza selection was delicious. They ran out of pepperoni but they made up for it in substitutions. Covid friendly, clean and felt comfortable. Would definitely visit again next time we're in Frederick CO.

Our favorite pizza! It’s a 20 minute drive for us but worth it. Great beer, great staff, amazing pizzas and salads. Makes me hungry writing this review. Highly recommend!

My husband and I walked there shortly after moving here. It was one of our first experiences of this town and it was wonderful! Very clean tasting and good quality ingredients. We had the cheese/meat board a salad and a panini.
