The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

The drinks are delicious, I actually like their coffee more then Starbucks! But their service isn't! Took a while before someone actually acknowledged i was standing there to order, they didn't even apologize for the waiting or had any costumer service behavior. Sorry but you guys should be a little more hospitable!

I go here for coffee all the time and they are always great.

Sometimes they can be overwhelmed with the drive-thru traffic that oftentimes the main dining room gets neglected. But when you're finally served, they do give you their undivided attention. Food is good. Coffee's are amazing!!!

I love coming to coffee bean because it always tastes the same. The staff is different here, they are professional and genuinely nice.

On a side note...very sad to see the dar chocolate option gone. That was one of my favorites.

This coffee bean definitely has a great environment, with great service and a lot of friendly faces. Faces. Of course the coffee is also delicious and it is my go-to when I need a quiet place to work.

They're walking distance from the auto repair shop. It was nice to go in there, Quick service. Plenty of room to sit down there. It is not crowded at all. The coffee is definitely better than Starbucks

Customer service was nice and to the point. No one in line, inside (7am). Bathroom did not have code, had a key hanging on the sanitizer station which I am not a fan of as it's disgusting to touch the ring/key others continually use after washing my hands. That said, I will go back. And my Latte is delicious. Best part is not only are they a local coffee shop, but they do not charge extra for liquid sugar like the other big name out there which charges for it.

Love this location. Their customer service is much better than any other chain I’ve been to. The manager is phenomenal and I love the food and drinks. Well worth stopping by

My go to is always Coffee Bean hands down. Absolutely love their tea lattes and I am never disappointed when I come to this location. Staff is always so helpful and attentive with my order. I have purchased some of their retail to make their tea lattes at home and they always have what I need in stock!

Fast friendly service. Coffee is good. Try the Midnight Mocha Cold Brew (The Monica). They have a Friends theme going on now.

Been here many times since they first opened. The staff has always been kind and Courteous. The drinks are refreshing and prepared perfectly. Only tea for me but enough flavors to satisfy me. Rarely when a mistake is made , as with any other coffee shop, they are quick to correct it to my satisfaction.

This business is the best. I love the friendly employees here. We go all the time and each individual we have come in contact with is extremely friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. They have exceptional quality and service here. Great drinks as well. Thank you!

The individual who took my order was Vanessa. She was extremely polite. The reason I am writing this review is because of how patient she was with an extremely rude customer (I was there for the entire conversation). She consistently made sarcastic remarks, she was trying to get an item for a discount...then she also turned around and complained about the coffee that was just brewed. Throughout the entire exchange she was calm and patient. Good job.

I went thru the drive thru tonight and was hungry, never ate here before and Briana was exceptional 👌 Top notch upselling, and so enthusiastic, my expectations were certainly exceeded. Just Wow!

I have to say I enjoy the drinks at Coffee Bean especially the Chai Latte which is so good! It is incomparable with Starbucks. My friend I brought loved it too. I do not like Starbucks because of the logo with five point star (demonic) and Greek goddess, that is against my faith, Christianity. I am blessed to know Coffee Bean near my church by the area.

Most of the employees at this location are good. Shelley is the best. She is always friendly and has great customer service.

Had a Green Tea Latte, so much better than that other coffee franchise that we shall not mention. Staff was friendly, and pointed out that they liked my Star Wars Sweatshirt. Nerds unite!!
