I had the most amazing experience at Carl's junior Glendora on grand today. The chicken sandwich deal 2 for $3 was a steal, and the sandwiches were juicy, crispy, and delicious. But what really made my day was the girl at the window. She had two cute pony tails and a bright smile, and she handled my complicated order with ease and efficiency. She went out of her way to make sure everything was done right, and she even gave me some extra napkins and ketchup packets. She was the best customer service representative I have ever encountered, and I will definitely come back to this place just to see her again. Thank you, Carl's junior, for making my lunch break a memorable one. You deserve more than five stars!

Some Manager's and workers are very nice and others seem like they are having a bad day everyday you try to be nice so they can treat you well but if they are still upset you get some of that bad vibe back and for no reason at all we just hope the next time we go they are much HAPPIER

Ordered the steak and egg burrito for breakfast. It was delicious. Went back for lunch and ordered a sourdough burger, fries and coke. It was good. Good service.

My husband had surgery on his right hand a few hours before . We went thru the drive thru and of course it’s on the passenger side. We apologized to the cashier of him having difficulty paying with his other hand. The cashier surprised us and brought our food to us in the drive thru. He was so professional and patient!! Something you don’t see much of nowadays in fast food

The food here tasted like how it used to taste, like 10 years ago and is different than the other Carl's Jr's. Customer service was great. Staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming. There was plenty of seating, there was, and no line to place my order.

I always get great customer service here and the food tastes fresher here than at other carls close to my house. I dont use the drive thru because i love going inside and getting the full experience of great cystomer service.

Only stopped to go to the restroom but ended up getting a cheeseburger, hot chili and lemonade. The cheeseburger was fresh and tasty. The chili cheese fry was just the bomb...the chili's was savory. The lemonade is just right I would recommend this place to anyone. By the way, everyone here walks around with that spicy chili flavor on them. But I'm sure if you get your hamburger without pepper, they do.

Food was good and service was fast, was going to get my food to go but the dining room was so nice and cool I had to hang out for a minute.

Read some reviews saying the night crew was terrible but I had a good experience. The cashier immediately asked what I wanted when I got up to the speaker. Granted he sounded like he was fighting for dear life to stay awake and he was less than cordial but that's expected at 4 in the morning. Food was made in a timely manner and warm. Overall good experience. Cashier shows as Cameron on the receipt so Thank you Cameron and other workers/supervisor.

It's a Carl's JR, I can't and will not rate the food, but I will say it is hot and fast. (I had the big chicken fillet... tasty)

The place is fairly clean and nothing was missing or not working at the soda fountain and ketchup stand. It is Thursday at 12:45 pm and it is not crowded. Most of their business is via their drive trough. .... Is that country music I hear on their speakers? Cool

I went there twice to try the Beyond Burger (plant based) and it was delicious. That thing tastes very similar to meat. Even my mom tried it and she isn't even vegan. So this meal is omnivore approved. The service was fast and the employees were nice and professional.

Love it here, customer service is top notch! The prices are steep though. One burger by it's self with taxes out the door will run you $7.99 , that six dollar burger price is ridiculous! tasty! But ridiculous! Make you want to make a burger at home.

I had excellent customer service! I ordered the plant based vegan burger patty called the beyond famous star. As a vegan I am the first one to be skeptical about bland, boring and even yuck vegan food but oh no my friends this is a monster of deliciousness!! I had one yesterday and at 8am today I am ready to say who needs to wait till lunch?! Burgers 🍔 for breakfast!!

Carl's Jr. has always been one of my favorite burger places. I am never disappointed when I go here, but the only feedback I have that is negative is the prices. Other than that, it is always worth the while. You can eat keto and paleo here.
