I was there for passport service and the employee named Reena was really helpful. She was very professional and knows what she is doing. As compared to other USPS employees she was the far most helpful person ever.

Came in for passport services, Tracy was really nice and very helpful. She explained everything to me and helped make sure that everything was correct on the application, and that all the needed documentation was submitted all together. Overall good experience

Blair the supervisor resolved my issue with a great attitude. She was calm, friendly and did some research to figure out my mail problem. She went above and beyond!

I have always had great service at this post office. From mailing packages to passport applications.

If your using this post office to start the ball rolling on your passport, you have to make an appointment.

Wonderful staff and quick service. Drop off box always open 24/7 Our mail and packages are always in our PO BOX.

Despite all the negativity, I’ve never had a negative experience here, always is good

I expected my order to be delivered. I waited over 2weeks for it. It was due to arrive today and I find out at 7pm, that it was returned to sender at 4pm. WTH Damascus. The money that one pays to live here, can we get our delivery on time? Can you attempt to call us or try to deliver it again before you make the independent decision to return to sender? Did it ever occur to you, that maybe....just maybe...you should try again? At least once. It's only the same address for the last 4years. I mean, hell you finally stopped sending other mail out but to heck with what we actually order.
Update to 4stars: As of 27 February, all has been made right with me and for me. I understand personnel are new and for the lack of my understanding that was displayed. I apologize for all things. It could have been said better, considering the platform used. Forgive me and I will do better moving forward.

I feel like this office tries hard and is good enough. Most employees are friendly but a few can do better at customer service.
It also could use a self-service scale, and sometimes the automatic service after hours does not work here.

Today my mail came to me in my mail box looking like it fell in a puddle of water. There was no explanation for the reason of my mail looking like it did. This is not be respected of others mail. The week before I received a Calendar that was pushed in my mail box.

Consistently receive packages that are for other buildings in a small community. Packages marked delivered to mailbox when there is no way that could happen (large package- small community mailbox)

DAMASCUS , Maryland is My postal service it’s the worst, I always get mail for Galeano way when my street is Club View drive . No only that is I guess the same problem that I miss a lot of mail , probably with the same situation . It’s so stressful when I buy something wandering if I am going to get it . I spoke to the supervisor and they placed a red flag for the delivery person to be more careful . Down my house another resident who is a police men has the same complaint . It’s the worst , when you call them it’s like not their fault , don’t take in accountability of their disorganization. HELP !!!

Poor customer service! I came here for passport services. Tracy was totally rough and unfriendly. She offered and made 2 photocopies of the birth certificates and charged $2 later. She completely didn't mention the charge before making the copies. When I said you should have mentioned the charge upfront, she gave me a disgusted face and prompted me to pay without any explanation. I don't mind paying the fee, but we should have known about any extra service fees upfront. Beware of their services and fees because they don't disclose upfront.

Been waiting for a package to be delivered but I haven’t gotten it. Tracking number has it at the DAMASCUS post office for the past two weeks almost but has not been delivered and no records of it. Absolute crooked criminals. Drivers are completely lazy and stuff packages into mailboxes instead of walking 30’ to deliver it properly. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE NOW!!!

My Amazon package has been sitting here for over three weeks with no sign that it will ever be delivered. Seller says they dropped it off, but staff have no idea what happened to it. Thankfully it wasn't anything I needed right away, but I would not trust this post office with any time-sensitive packages.

Shout out to the Damascus Post Office. I took a pre-paid package to the drop box back in August. It was a broken phone that had to be sent back by a certain date or else I would get charged $500. Well guys, thanks a lot... AT&T charged me $500 because I "never shipped my old phone." Of course you guys won't fix your mistake.
