The baristas are always awesome here. Yesterday I went through the drive through to order coffee and the young gentleman was so pleasant. He’s positive attitude was infectious. He’s name was Joe, I left him a tip and told him to keep his attitude, it was the best visit I had.

We were leaving Lake Conroe and so happy this was otw out near 45. So convenient. Always order through the app and pickup!

This is the first Starbucks I've been to where I was served in a glass! Thanks for being more sustainable and creating a unique experience for dining in.

This is the best Starbucks in the area. They are always clean and Friendly. I also appreciate how they interact with customers making the experience personal and not just routine. Keep up the great work!

Always friendly !!! This is a great location. Kind of difficult sometimes to get in through some of the traffic but still worth the trip !!!

Solid five-star experience. This is one of the better Starbucks stores in the United States.

Fantastic four having some coffee and a snack and getting some work done. Plenty of AC power plugs along the walls right next to the tables.

Oddly, best flavored Starbucks coffee I've had in a long time. Perfect temperature and perfect Brew. When I ask for a venti with 1 inch of non-fat milk, that's what I expect. And that's exactly what I get here.

Very clean public restrooms.

Best of all, absolutely no vagrants outside or inside. While I wouldn't recommend it, I did get up twice and use the restroom, leaving my computer on my table, confident the one I returned it would still be there.

Fantastic climate control. Unlike so many Starbucks, this one is not at all hot and stuffy.

This is my #1 favorite Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, the drinks are made to perfection, and its super quick even when the line is out to the street! Equivalent to chickfila swiftness. Thank you starbies willis ❤

This Starbucks is one of the best! All baristas are so kind and drinks are consistently made right. My husband and I frequent this location and are so grateful for the baristas that work here! The mobile order option is always quick and efficient and the drive thru baristas exhibit great customer service. Much love to the staff at this location!

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever ordered from. The staff is the nicest and most accommodating. Morning and evening shift, fantastic! Sometimes a long line, but for a good reason. Drinks always perfectly made.

Very nice looking and clean store. Ive always gotten my order made promptly & correct. Lately I've been using the drive thru service so I don't need to get my service dog out of the car to walk on blistering hot concrete and typically get a very polite and sweet young lady named Jess.

To Ms Jess and other staff... please keep up the good work because it is noticed and greatly appreciated!

This is my daily Starbucks location and they are amazing. They are so fast and efficient. They even know my order.

I had a yogurt in the afternoon, and the consistency felt kind of strange, but the taste was still ok. However, the customer service was top notch, and the location was clean and welcoming.

My daughter always wants to go here for her morning coffee fix they have always gotten her order just right. She is always modifying her order here and there never just straight from the menu the way they make it. so not always easy to get it correct but they do even when the drive-thru is backed up all the way out to the street they get us through pretty quickly and her order is always correct

Had a great customer service in this Starbucks. The girls that got our order were polite, happy and very accommodating. Coffee and price are just as any other Starbucks, but I was surprised how good the new (at least for me) grilled cheese was!

The staff is extremely friendly. One of my favorite Starbucks to go to because the staff always make me feel welcome. Give your employees a raise, they all deserve it.

The barista (Kourtney) who made my drink was really sweet. She made me a recommendation and it was delicious :)))

The drive-thru here was very busy so I used the mobile order feature as I usually do. I was really surprised at how fast the line in the drive-thru moved while I sat in my car a few minutes before going inside. This Starbucks is very well organized. The merchandise shelf is in perfect order and of course I had to look at tumblers and mugs. The pastries and snacks were well stocked. My drinks were made to perfection. I was so pleased. Regular Starbucks customers have particular tastes and sometimes it can be dissapointing if a drink is totally "off" when you visit a new location. It's apparent the baristas here take time to make each drink to order. Much appreciated! The restrooms here were very clean.

I decided to add an update to my review. I visited this Starbucks location today as I was near the area. There were Starbucks closer to the location I was in however based on the positive experience on the last visit here I drove a few more miles to get there. I was not disappointed. The store was still very clean, neat and well organized. The baristas greeted us when we walked in the door. Our drinks were made to order and the food was fresh. One thing to note is that if you have placed an order on the app and you go inside to pick it up make sure you ask them about it before waiting too long. On this visit they had placed the order in the drive-thru area and didn't realize we were waiting on a mobile order.

Love this place. Always so courteous and they sound friendly and great customer service
