Jim and ellie are the best at getting what you need for your boat. I have been restoring my old speed boat and they've been extremely helpful finding those hard to find replacement parts. Strongly recommend these folks with great customer service.

Wow!! The service was amazing. We found everything we needed and the employees at the front counter were so great. Friendly and excited about their job. So refreshing.

I don't know what half these bad reviews are talking about. My wife and I stopped there about 5:05pm, not knowing they were closed. Jim opened back up for us and spent about 45 minutes answering questions and assisting us with our needs. Would give 10 stars if possible.

I went to West Marine for a trim solenoid valve. They were so helpful and had the solenoid waiting for me at the front when I arrived. While I was there, they went out of their way to help me find the right people for a replacement windshield on a very old boat. I went back later that day for oil and an oil filter, and again they had the items waiting up front for me. I asked about a speedometer problem, and they had all the knowledge and parts to help me with that as well. We will be using them from now on for all our boat needs!

I recently visited West Marine for the first time and found a broad selection of boatin supplies. The staff was welcoming and provided great suggestions. While at first I was a little disappointed about the seemingly high prices, when I searched the same product online it turned out West Marine’s prices were similar. I would therefore highly recommend West Marine for your boating needs!

The staff is awesome. They are ready to answer any questions you have and do it with a smile on their face.

When in today looking around, found a lot of stuff I needed. Store is well stocked and staff was great.

We stopped in to get 18.00 dollars worth of door latches, we was treated as if we were buying a truck load of merchandise, They were very helpful, knowledgeable,and super duper nice, As long as we have a boat , I will be doing my business at West Marine.

Friendly and helpful. Wide variety of outdoors things for the lake. Don't have a real parts department. But they do carry a wide short men of common parts.

Great help from the folks at West Marine today. I had questions about electrical systems on my sailboat and there was expertise available in store.
