Love this office! I never have to wait more than a few minutes both in the outside waiting area or in the room to see the doctor. Wish all offices were like this one! Staff is very supportive and Dr. Benevides never makes me feel like he doesn't have time for me. Anticipates and answers questions when I don't even know to ask!! I highly recommend him and this office!

I was checked in efficiently and seen promptly. The nurses were thoughtful and efficient and competent. Dr. Bennett was thorough and explained everything in great detail. It is clear he is an experienced physician and cares about his patients. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Dr Bennett took time to learn more about me and my medical issues. He was extremely detailed on his explanation of my problems and plans for treatment. Very happy and look forward to seeing him again on follow-ups.

I had a wonderful experience under the care of Dr Shaban and the wonderful nurses. They were very detailed and made everything so comfortable. Very detailed with anesthesia and was perfect. literally could not ask for anything else. Extra bonus is it was actually kind of fun to be able to joke and be one on one with the staff. First time visiting Associated Urologists of North Carolina in Apex, NC was Dec.14, 2020. I had a second visit on Jan. 04, 2021. I was treated with nothing but kindness from the staff I encountered. The front desk secretary and the checkout secretary was so professional and kind. Lab Technician was very compassionate and friendly. The nurse that checked me in before I seen the Doctor. Was very polite, kind and so professional. I saw Dr. Stephen Shaban he was soooo compassionate and very professional...

The office was very accommodating and was able to handle last minute changes. Dr. Shaban explained what his thought process was every step of the way and clearly explained my lab results. If I need to go back I definitely will.

Dr. Benevides is terrific, but so is everyone I've worked with at this practice. They took great care of me through my kidney stone and for all my other health concerns as well. Highly recommended

Very kind practice. They take extra safety precautions during COVID pandemic. They are thoughtful to explain diagnosis and treatment options.

Staff and facility were very covid conscious. Staff was attentive, polite, caring. Doctor did not rush through my exam but took time to converse and address all of my concerns.

You get the right doctor your care is substantially better. Dr Benevides is head and shoulders a better doctor than most. Highly recommend AUNC.
