Very helpful staff and friendly. Very knowledgeable in products. Greer you when they see you. I would reccomend you bring your own bags now tho. I usually don't need them but you will be charged for them now. I just forget unless I'm grocery shopping

Love love loved this location! Its huge. Lots of toys! Lots of food and reptiles and all types of things. theres a grooming salon. Great employees.

Awesome Petco! My favorite location so far. I also love the Bloomington Petco, both greta locations though this ones much larger

We had a great experience at the Burnsville PetCo. Staff was helpful and listened to our questions and concerns about our puppy’s training needs. We were very happy with our experience and signed up for six 1:1 training sessions.

I love this location! This is the only one we go to just because it's closer to our house. I feel like I can trust the products and the animals we purchase. I had purchased a Sun conure in 2014 and I have had no issues with her! I love how they test their animals for specific illness's as well. But we bought toys on this trip.

We got what we needed and the woman who helped us the cashier took extra care that our husky who was scared and sensed this and she sat down on the floor to give him a treat. Just went above and beyond. We told our neighbors whole have pets and this kind of thing will spread. Dog parents will be coming there instead of your competitors. Great job to her on excellent service for us and our husky.

Natalia in the grooming department at Petco in Burnsville; I can't say enough about her. She's absolutely fantastic. She can do miracles. My Great Pyrenees, Zeus, gets matted due to layers of fur and she makes him look like a brand new dog. I'd recommend her to anyone that needs grooming for their pets.

I bought a complete aquarium set up here and I love it! The manager helped me and was able to show me different equipment out of the boxes which made my decision much easier and enjoyable! Highly recommend this store! I will be back to make additional purchases.

I always like this Petco because it’s well-stocked and organized, so I don’t have any issues finding the stuff I need. What little customer service I do need isn’t awesome. I always seem to have a weird interaction with someone at the register. At my last checkout Rian was literally on their phone the whole time with three people waiting in line. They were super friendly which is awesome but would prefer less iPad kid vibes at the register ❤

Always seem to meet nice people at the pet store. Animal lovers are just more patient and pleasant to talk to when browsing or in the checkout line. Never had a problem at PetCo

Everything is stocked and well kept. The animals look like some of the more taken care of ones I've seen at a petco. The manager is very friendly and the staff is always polite and helpful. I have been here many times and have yet to have a bad experience. The prices in the store are not the greatest, but if you order online and pickup they have been great. I recommend doing a little price checking before coming here. Otherwise, if you're looking for advice and friendly service, stop on by.

Often shop here for my pets food/treats/toys. Great prices and selections. Staff always friendly. Recently completed a 6 week dog training course. Very impressed with the instructor.

I love this store and love the people working there. All very pleasant and welcoming. I enjoy going to the adoption events there too. on Saturdays!
The trainers are awesome. Watch for sales on the training and you really get a good deal... it is always positive!
