Grabbed a copy of windows 11. Im so glad there is still a store that you can get a physical copy on a usb. Best Buy has been a reliable leader in the industry for a long time now and they have my support. It was a smooth and easy purchase online and i picked it up in store

This store is moving, but in the meantime the deals are outstanding. The employees are great too. Helpful very knowledgeable and professional.

I purchased the phone that I had my eye on after my last phone kinda went south on me. With the help from a young lady who was more than capable of assisting in the purchase of the phone. She was instrumental in the swapping of data from the old to the new phone. I'm afraid I would have been totally out of my league with the upgrade.

I'm not a tech head, so I needed some help with somebody who knew their stuff about cell phone connections, power cords, wts, you name it. Troy was the guy. -Incredibly helpful and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing this stuff.
Over the years I'd had such bad experiences every time I went into the Richfield and Minnetonka stores that I just stopped going to Best Buy all together... All I can say is "Thanks Troy." Best Buy Burnsville is now my go to store.😊

Had to get a phone since Mine broke I literally ran in 15min before they closed granted I knew what I wanted 100% the guy that helped me was awesome he was super kind and friendly even though close to closing and I was in and out in 10min. Customer service here ROCKS .....THANKS YOU!!!

Superb store where the assistants are very eager to answer questions shoppers have about the products being sold. I purchased a TV mount for the wall in my bedroom. Thank you Best Buy for the Terrific support & guidance for the excellent accessory for the TV.

I had a great experience. I went in looking for z sound bar for my TV. I was expecting to spend $500+ dollars, but the sales guys showed me the Samsung T450 and it sounded amazing and had great base! The best price is that it was only $150!

Purchased an item as a gift and had to exchange for a different color. The customer service person was very helpful and pleasant. The color I needed was a higher price and I had forgotten my wallet so he made sure a sale price was applied so I got the item for the same price.

I haven't been to a Best Buy in a long time. I couldn't believe how they have changed. It was great!!!!! I was greeted at the entrance and was asked right away if I needed help. (And boy did I need help. I am computer stupid and was in desperate need of a new one.) Along came Max R. (Burnsville, MN location) who listened to my wants and needs. He showed me what would best fit my needs. I didn't question what he suggested, I just bought it. Great service from Max! Thank you Best Buy!
