Leanne in the framing department was amazing! I had a custom framing piece that I needed a quicker turn around on, and she was able to accommodate this. She was very helpful in selecting mat and frame options, and then called me with regular status updates. I was impressed with the proactive communication, fantastic customer service and excellent workmanship. The piece turned out beautifully!

I have been going to this Michaels for years and have never had any problems with it. Every time I walk in I get treated to one of my favorite scents ever. It's probably a combination of flowers, fabric, and knick-knacks but I love that Michaels store smell. Anyways, today I needed help with a custom picture frame mat for my cross stitch. Seth was the one who had helped me in the back and he deserves a raise. He helped me through the mat decision process and had it cut and ready to go in minutes. I thought it would've had to take days and be a bit pricey, but it only took like 8 minutes to cut and was reasonably priced. Overall, positive experience like always and will return whenever I need arts & crafts materials.

They have lots of different supplies. Also, Michaels doesn't have archaic social values, interfere with their employees' reproductive decisions, and buy smuggled Middle Eastern antiquities. That is why I will always buy from Michaels rather than their competitor (HL), located a short distance to the west.

Seth was awesome they had difficulties with the equipment and still gave us and an enjoyable experience and even found us a coupon !!!

One of my favorite stores just to stroll around. Wonderfully laid out so you can find almost everything creative. I especially love the way the reward their customers with emailed saving coupons that give you lots of incentive to always come back for more! Great selection of painting canvas's and almost anything an artist or crafter would like. The prices are very good compared to Hobby Lobby.

They had plenty of arts and crafts supply's that we where looking for. If you need something, michaels might have it.

I was there on January 2nd 2021 Sydney and Jackie they both work very well to help me to pack my candle they were very friendly they also are good team player to help the customer I was very impressed and very pleased with their customer service and their performance. Thank you to them for taking their time to take good care of me and at the end Jackie was helping me to push out my card with the candles and I unloaded into my trunk by myself but she did help me push it out so she was very friendly as well and great thank you so much Jackie.

Such a great crafts store to walk around. Everyone at the store is very nice, you can tell customer service is important to them. Checking out the clearance sections is a must. They have great deals. Otherwise some things might be a little spendy
