Burger King

To begin with I was upset due to the wait in drive-thru but once I got to window I realized she was only one working. Great Customer Service. No her fault no one else wants to work. Awesome job to the blonde at the window in the mornings!! If you are complaining, they are hiring 🤷‍♀

Got my order fast in the drive through n the lady was nice as always

Stopped by yesterday (03/31/2024) for just some onion rings. The girl working the drive-thru was very sweet and friendly. Just smiles everywhere!! Very courteous and professional.
It was at 3:00 PM. Didn't catch her name. Please let her know how happy we were to interact with her.
And by the way, my onion rings were super fresh and very hot. Great experience!!!!!

Idk his last name but Brandon needs a raise, I come through there late at night and I like most restaurants that sound fed up and are rude he’s always super nice and eager to help. Get this man a raise

There was a reasonable wait in the drive-thru and for some food to be cooked. We all must remember that this is normal at this time. The voice at the drive-thru was very cheerful. When the young lady brought our food out, we thanked her for actually being at work, she had an 11 hour shift and had worked the front for hours alone. She was so sweet, we offered to buy her dinner but she politely declined. I pray that someone in a position of authority sees this and rewards her and the young man working with her, they are exemplary employees!

These workers here are polite and welcoming food was hot and fresh! Bathroom AC has HOT but restaurant was clean !

I really like having the large variety of the Coca-Cola machine available in the dining room. I can choose any selection I want from dozens of options. I like their French fries. French fries, of course are extremely unhealthy. Not only are they deep-fried in seed oil, but they are empty starch calories. On the other hand, Burger King serves the thin kind of fries, which, IMHO, are the best tasting and also the best kind for transporting optimal amounts of ketchup.

This is a bit random but I was on my way home after work and decided to swing by Burger King for some food. I placed my order, pulled up to the window, and was greeted by a smiling cashier. I paid for my order and while I was waiting for the food I heard a pop under my hood. My engine died and then there was lots of smoke. I popped the hood and saw there was a fire in the engine compartment. I leaned into the drive thru window and kindly asked if they could bring me a bucket of water and call the fire department. I then put the vehicle in neutral and rolled it away from the building fearing that if I couldn't put out the fire that it would spread to the building. One employee came out to check on things and then moments later another carring a bucket of water. I popped the hood again and dumped the water on it. Thankfully it put it out. The staff was so helpful and I am thankful. My transmission cooler line had ruptured and the fluid spraying on the hot engine ignited. I was lucky the water worked. Had I been thinking I would have asked for a fire extinguisher but it worked out well. I'm glad I stopped by Burger King that night. Had I still been on the road I would have lost the vehicle. Many lessons learned and very grateful for Burger King staff going above and beyond to help me. The food tasted extra nice. THANK YOU ARAB BURGER KING!!!!

Awesome food. Hours need to be updated to compete with other local fast food places. Needs to open at 5:00am. Maybe need to hire elderly people for breakfast and lunch hours. Then younger kids for afternoon and evening shifts.

I only eat whoppers and fries.. the employees always been very polite the line usually long when you couldn't eat inside the place I didn't want to go sit in that line it was horrible!!

I fell , the employees helped me up. My bad not theirs. The food was hot fresh and the staff are extra nice.

Cheap and they put your creamer and suger in your coffee! Very greatfull and happy that they take time to do that give them a raise.darlene hester
