These guys are the nicest of any doctors I've been to in the area. Maybe it helps that I'm always on time for my appointments. Lol The nurses are also great, very friendly. I've been several times for a chronic health issue, but today I took an insurance related questionnaire and discussed my untreated anxiety. I was treated for it for many years but due to all the changes that happened its something I became reluctant to discuss. I'm grateful she addressed it with me tho, I am optimistic about getting it treated now. You don't realize how draining it is until you finally have a bit of relief. The nurse Sheri administered my shot most masterfully, I didn't even realize she'd given it until it was being removed. Barely felt a thing. Guys when a nurse does an amazing job with your shots, let them know. It truly is an art and many years of careful, intentional practice goes into making it as painless as possible. Always be grateful and appreciate small kindnesses. I have a chronic condition and will need to return to the doctor several times a year because of it. No way around it. But I'm glad I finally found one of the better offices in the area that treat me kindly and take my health conditions with consideration. Thank you to the whole staff.

Katie Holt, the provider at this clinic always takes the time to actually talk and examine me. She makes me feel like my heath is actually a priority. Every time I visit this location I have a fantastic experience. I love the check in process because you can register and home and check in within a couple minutes. They always have you back quickly, and they treat you with respect and like they actually care! I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Main Street for my urgent care needs

The care here was very good. Very professional and nice. The only thing that I feel like needs to change is to have someone up front that you can actually talk to. I feel they need more people there to help them.

I have to say that some great changes have been made at this facility. I have only visited this location a handful of times in the past few years and I hated every time I had to go but when it’s a sudden crud that sneaks up on you like I just experienced, this is about the only place you can go without missing work.
I originally dreaded going but I have to say that this visit was quite pleasant and very different than years past.
As a matter of fact, this experience changed my whole perspective about this facility. EVERYONE was nice, super friendly, and generally concerned about what I was dealing with. (Completely different than years past!) After a couple of quick tests, I rec’d my shots and my prescription, then I was leaving in LESS THAN ONE HOUR and that includes the time I spent setting up my appt online before my visit.

So, I have to give this office 5 stars for the whole experience and a personal “Thank You” for the changes that have been made. Please keep it this way!

It was the most wonderful clinic to go to! They were so kind, caring, and really took care of my friend. He has really been sick.

I was very pleased with the care I received! The wait time was minimal. The staff were very thoughtful and thorough. It was my first visit there, and I was very impressed. I will be a return patient if the need arises in the future!

Main Street provided one of the smoothest hospital experiences I've had. I really appreciate that you can set up an appointment and enter your insurance information online and then just check in at the kiosk when you arrive. Dr. Taylor runs a very efficient operation, we were in and out in less than an hour and she's great with kids!!

It was a new experience visiting the urgent care today. I completed the on line registration and the check in when I arrived. The staff was friendly and prompt. It was a nice experience despite the circumstance. It is a good alternative if your primary care professional is not available. 🙏🏻💖

Easy registration at home online, quick response to come in, and easy checkin. I was called back in less than 5 minutes. I was very pleased with first visit.

Mainstreet care was great. However the place was stuffy like my head today. Maybe need to work on a/c or ventilation. However did not impact the great service provided.

Updated review. 7.14.24 .. A/C was much better than last visit. Thankful, as it hot outside. The just about an hour visit was easy peasy. Tests conducted and all was good. Recommend for all to visit if needed.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. I drive out of the way just to come here because of the staff. I do wish it wasn't so hard to sign in. But Katie was so nice and came and helped me twice.

I had a great experience here , easy getting in , professional people , will definitely go back. My regular doctor could not see me for two weeks, so they are no longer my regular doctor!

We were there longer than we wanted to be, but as far as care goes, the staff was very thorough and explained everything in detail. 5 stars, can’t fault them for being busy!

Took my 86 year old Mother to this clinic on Friday, February 9, 2024 as a walk in. First time she had been there. Her regular family physician is not at his office on Fridays. she was having stinging pain in her back. Admin was very sweet, and helpful. NP Taylor was on call. She was very sweet and so was her nurse. Diagnose possibly shingles but no rash yet. If rash shows up told her to come back right away and she will get her right in and prescribe meds. Because Mother has a reg. FP she couldn't prescribe meds until she develops a rash to be sure it’s shingles. Mother was very pleased with the kindness they all showed to her. So was I. Thankfully, there were only 3 people to be seen and we didn’t have a long wait. Mother said she will gladly use this Clinic again. ***I meant to add this though*** The only negative I did want to say is that the kiosk to register is very difficult to sign into. My Mother, who does not have a cellphone or computer could not even begin to understand how to use it. I sign in at several of my doctors regularly for treatment of a severe auto immune disease, and the kiosk at my doctors is much more simple and fast. I even needed assistance with it. I tapped the “ I need help” option several times, but no reply. A nurse came out to call a patient and I told her I needed help. She apologized , and said there was only 3 of them back there today, and she notified a person to guide me thru it. That person was so nice and patient with me, and helped me finish signing in.
So my complaint is that I didn’t like that there was no human to see or talk to when you enter. Only the horrible sign-in Kiosk. Probably a staffing issue though

Loved that I could register online and fill out all my information. I waited about 10 minutes after that and received a text to arrive at the office within the next 30 minutes. I went in, signed in on the tablet and paid my copay. From there I waited about 20 minutes in the lobby. After being called back to a room I was seen quickly by the doctor and treated very well by staff. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time using a walk-in clinic. The staff very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. If I am ever in need of medical care, I wouldn't hesitate to use MainStreet Family Care again.

The staff here is always polite and genuinely cares about your well being and seeing you get better. I’ve never had a bad experience in my many visits.
