Katelynn was are server. She was great, nice and polite, made sure we had are full order and even stopped by to see how the food was and If there was anything else she could get us.

This place makes great chili dogs. I wasn't fascinated with their Groovy fries though.

Love this place & have been to many in NE Alabama. My local one is in Arab & the service is always friendly & with a smile! Other places in NE AL are not always friendly, nor do they smile. It depends on where the location is & it's hit or miss.
We especially love the app & use it everywhere, all the time!

Haven't had sonic in years, they were busy but I was served in the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. Super delicious burger bacon chicken and drinks, polite food runner. Good job y'all.

The girls/carhops that work here are wonderful! They always smile when bringing your order out and they are always nice and courteous! They get to know their regular customers and their orders. I was running late one day and called them to ask if I could change my order and just get my water because I was so late (the line was extremely long, as they were busy), and they apologized for my wait, brought my food out, and told me not to worry about paying for it! They are wonderful!

Love my Arab Sonic, it is my morning drink stop daily.

We love going to this Sonic location. We love taking advantage of the half-off drinks from 2:00 to 4:00. My daughter and I usually go there after school gets out and we order a cherry limeade and a cherry slush to go. The line can be long here sometimes because the food is amazing and everyone in this local area knows it. They have burger and chicken combination meals, and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have kids meals .Try out the different varieties of shakes and slushes, flavored teas with low calorie options as well. You can go through the drive-thru or sit and have your order delivered by a car hop. All of the CarHops that we have had have been friendly and courteous.

First visit today. Only had a peanut butter shake. It was good. Gonna try a sandwich next time. May be able to give 5 stars. Lol
We have now visited here 3 times. The food is awesome and a darn good bargain. Service is also pretty awesome as well. It looks like we have found a fast food business that truly slaps down McD's and some of the others. Keep up the good work. You deserve Five Stars.

Best sonic in a 50 mile radius. Me and my wife get excited every time we go to arab cause we know each and every time we will love our meal.

Quick service, pleasant servers, clean environment, loved the Ultimate Breakfast Burrito. Update: Sonic Blast with Oreo and chocolate. To steal a slogan; I'm loven' it! I rated the atmosphere a little bit low because after all, this is a drive-in restaurant so you'll be in your own car unless you want to sit in one of the two tables available outside.

Omgoodness, the garlic butter burgers are the best

It’s very different then the sonic that im use to this 1 a lot more friendly nicer and more helpful to help you with anything on the menu I will for sure come back soon

Great burgers. The service is excellent. They go out of there way to serve you. Also a shout out to my beautiful, sweet daughter Hope Smith which is a car hop there. Come on out and see her for some excellent service with a smile😁

I use the App so always 1/2price drinks and ever changing other specials almost daily. Order ahead even leave your tip. I LOVE MY SONIC APP.

They made a delicious strawberry lime aid. I used to work at a Sonic years ago and I know these guys work so hard for the little they get paid. I try to tip at least the cost of my drinks because the waitresses actually have to make most of the things that aren't grilled or fried. TIP YOUR WAITERS! A few bucks really makes a difference and they have to deal with so much all with a smile on their face. If you can't handle the extra cost of convenience, you don't deserve their impeccable service.

Always great service. I had an unusual ice cream for breakfast order for my ailing mother. They did a great job in putting chocolate syrup both under and on top of the ice cream.

The service was exceptional. The wait was below normal. Our car hop was awesome. Stephanie was the best part of our meal. She was bright, happy and extremely nice. Sonic has a jewel in her.

I come through there almost every night at closing for the past 7 months or longer everything is usually always great except for a couple times there was chili added when it wasn't supposed to be. I tried addressing this to a rude manager named Morganand because I didn't have a receipt she refused to make it right and said from now on call when the order is messed up so tonight when I tried to address the issue with my popcorn chicken she was extremely rude to me once again... I always tip the carol from $1 to $10everytime im there it's not about the money it's about me getting what I asked for
