We were visiting from out of town and our transmission stopped working in front of their store. The staff all took time to try and help, diagnose and assist us so we could get back on the road. Their kindness was much appreciated.

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. There were two very helpful, kind and caring employees that helped me. Judy helped me get a part for my vehicle and was able to get me a deal on it and was very patient with me when I was choosing the part, she is very sweet and made me feel a bit better. Ronnie was very outgoing and very kind, he helped me pick out the right type of fluid I’d need and made sure I had enough, he even help me carry it to our car. This was a very great experience, the employees seem like they really do enjoy their work and it shows.

Highly recommended, if for no other reason than the best customer service a person could ask for, a special *thanks* to Joshua at the Advance Auto on Rockford st. Really made a difference today, and it won’t be forgotten, will be back!

I got incredible service here. My car broke down driving from Philadelphia back home to Georgia, and the next morning I walked in here and got immediate, helpful and very quick service. Mrs. Judy simply could not have been more helpful and did everything with a big smile.

Needed a battery for my SUV
Called inside, told them that was having trouble walking. Bill found out my phone info, told me the prices. Told him that would be in in a minute.
When I went in the door, he asked which one I wanted, set me in a chair, got the battery, rang it up, I swiped my card, he took it outside and installed it.....all in no more than 10 minutes! Quick, courteous, efficient and gentlemanly!
Made me feel special! Made a senior citizen not feel half as bad for having to buy a battery !

I had an experience on Highway 601 in Mount Airy North Carolina. It was a very pleasant one. I called the store while sitting in the parking lot. Gentleman's name was Shawn, I told him what I needed, and that I explained to him my situation. He came out, got my card, got the item, brought my card back and receipt. And install the item for me. Could not ask for anything better.

Joshua was a very cool guy and he took care of our ignition system diagnostic and replaced the defective battery. Great service!

They will put your wipers on for you if you ask.Check your battery to see if charging, Put your car on the machine to check to see what your problem is.Staff very friendly and helpful. They are busy so there might be more of a wait. But all in all great service
