This location is set up! I rattled off my complicated drink and he caught it all the first time. My grande blonde hot vanilla skinny latte with oat milk and and extra shot was perfect. The coffee cake was to die for! I have mourned the loss of the morning bun for long time but I have found a new favorite. Egg bites were delicious too!

This team is killing Red Cup Day! I came in about 7:30am today. They’re cool, calm, & collected. The service and friendly vibe didn’t lack even though they’re swamped! I got my first red cup ever! Thanks RC Starbies! 💚🖤

The staff was very pleasant, had a very sweet young lady at the drive through.The service was good and my coffee was perfect! These people that complain they aren't getting all their drinks because they went light on their ice don't understand how the drinks are made. There is a recipe. Each size gets so many pumps or shots and if you choose to leave out an ingredient YOU are responsible for your cup being less full. And another gave 1 star because they wouldn't replace a coffee purchased at another location because it was cold. Seriously?? How long can they stay in business if they do that all day long. How do they know where that coffee came from. Those reviewers aren't fair to the hard working people just trying to do their jobs.

We had good food and drinks on this visit. We will definitely be back. We'll, let's be honest, most likely my wife will be back, quite regularly 😆

I stop by here at least twice a day when I’m working, I have always had a pleasant experience, most of the baristas go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Lately the morning shift has been writing inspirational quotes on the cup, and honestly it makes my day 10x better. Keep up the good work team!

My wife and I stopped here one morning as we usually do. The girl at the window saw my wife when we pulled up and she was so sweet she told my wife that was she was”so pretty” nd it made her day we were so flattered and my wife is definitely beautiful so thanks so much you guys rock

Fantastic staff, drinks are made quickly. Convenient hours and everybody wears masks.

The Starbucks in Royse City, Texas, was churning and burning this morning. I mean moving like grease lightning 🌩. Friendly atmosphere with great service and happy smiles. The employees were on top of their game, mixing and matching the orders that kept on coming. I saw a few high schoolers and thought for a moment that it was Saturday until I remembered the days long ago when I too played hookie. (Skipped school). Some folks were typing away on their laptops and others were chit chatting amongst each other. A great atmosphere. The only complaint I had was not having a place to stand or sit while waiting for our order.

My 14 year old loves this place.. I'm not impressed because they had her waiting over 30 minutes in there.. when I asked what was the problem they claim like somebody else got her order.. how is that possible when yall never called her name and never asked her what she was waiting for.. then tried to pacify the situation with a gift card.. maybe it's a ROYSE CITY thing

I usually don’t left review special if it’s fast food but I want to say that the baristas of tonight were excelente! I was a little tired of my day but they were super nice and with a big smile and sometimes those simple things made my night much better, thanks!

Life has been trying as of late. I am still reeling from the great network/cellular outage of yesterday, and though I did not patronize your establishment last eve, I did park in front of your outer walls and take of your free WiFi. Like a beacon in the darkness you are, and I praise your sweet twin-tailed siren. Thank you for existing, Starbucks of Royse City. For without you, I would have been lost (google maps wasn’t working either)

I thought I placed a mobile order, but it did not go through. When I arrived to no drink available for pick up, Kyle was kind enough to quickly make my order! He is such a delight, and I truly appreciated his fast and customer-friendly service. Thanks, Kyle!!

Orders are always correct and employees are friendly and helpful
They go out of their way to fix your drink correctly if it's something not on menu.

These guys are on top of it. They were slammed in the drive thru (inside is only open to pick up mobile orders), so I ordered mobile. They had my order ready quickly, staff is professional and friendly, and every employee was hustling. I would recommend using mobile for sure. This place is new and always seems busy, as it's the only one for miles and right of the interstate.

Just left here from picking up two remakes. Greenville Starbucks totally messed up my order and I was already on I30 when I realized it. I called RC Starbucks and they remade them and served them to me with the biggest, most understanding smile! Totally made my day!! Thank you RC Starbucks for making it right and making these drinks so tasty!

This Starbucks coffee is always on point. The staff is friendly and clean. The parking lot is small, so it is hard to find a park or get out if the lime is long.
