Taco Bell

I went to this location a couple days ago. Aiden and Janiyah handed me my food and both were really friendly. But my sister got cinnamon twists and forgot ask for them in a different bag due to me having a cinnamon allergy and it got all over my food so i brought it back and they remade it. I not only experienced Aiden and Janiyah’s kindness I experienced the stores. They were all extremely nice and kept apologizing even tho it was not their fault. Thank you guys for being so kind and taking action on a serious issue. Definitely my favorite location by far. Well done!!

Gavin gave us good customer service and great respect. Some of these young folks up front should get raises. Still good ones in this generation.

I wish I had gotten the names of the workers tonight (Tuesday, January 13) but I just want to send a huge thank you to all of them. They were all so sweet/helpful and seemed to really enjoy working and to top it off the food was AMAZING tonight. So well made and tasty. Thank you!

I ordered the same exact order at this location that I did for the Fate location. This location in Royse City NAILED it. They didn't get the order wrong at all. I got all of my food the first time around. Thank you all and we will continue to visit the Royse City Location. They seem to know how to take care of their customers!!!

Fresh and fast. Employee was on point but could tell he didn't want to be there.

I am a big fan of Taco Bell, and now they have one of the best items on the menu, with a little twist. The new dipping taco is probably the most authentic taste I have seen come out of the Bell in a while. The folks there at this TB go a step further and make it with a soft tortilla for me. Saw another guy do it and wow! awesome! Yum, yum!
Thank you and good job. The only issue I have is with the older manager. She seems to have a bit of an attitude. Like she isn't having fun anymore. Luckily she is on the line and not one on one with the customer.
To her; cheer up! You get paid the same if you smile or not and if you need to fix stuff or not. Your customer does see you back there.

Fantastic customer service tonight. The young man working the drive thru window was great. You never see that now at fast food restaurants… I was impressed.

I love this Taco Bell location!! I do not mind that service is slower compared to McDonald's, and I am never disappointed in my order. The food I get is hot and fresh (not always so at McDonald's across the street) and their staff is always so polite and kind. I am a frequent customer at this location... and, I just plan around the time I will be spending in line. No big deal. COVID and worker shortages have upended a lot of things, especially in the restaurant industry. A little compassion and understanding will go a long way. Their food is tasty, satisfies my cravings, and as I stated... is always hot and fresh! A shout out to the manager who helped me out today who was very generous and kind for comping my meal when I forgot my wallet and phone. I will definitely be back! And I will pay this kindness forward. Thank you for putting forth some good into this world!

I remember when we first moved to Royse City from Allen, and we thought this Taco Bell was amazing....and couldn't understand why anyone thought differently.

Almost 3 years later, and we still think it's one of the BEST. Perfect? No. But what fast food restaurant is perfect?

But, our food is always fresh and hot. And IF we have a little issue, they resolve it promptly with no issues.

Wow never have i met a nicer manager , there was a mixup with my order and he went above and beyond, and you could tell every one that worked there was very happy ,its not easy keeping young people happy and focused, thank u Juan

I'm not sure if we timed it just right, or if our local taco bell just never has fresh food, but the food here tasted noticeably fresher than what we're used to. And my friend...who always orders the same thing, but it's a pretty complicated order...had everything right in her order. I can't even remember the last time I've seen that happen. Not to mention all the tables were clean. Very impressed!

I NEVER write reviews like this, however I just had to write one for the Taco Bell in Royse City. I used to work at a Taco Bell a few hours from RC a while back before I moved here so it’s easy for me to be very critical of different stores. The Royse City Taco Bell is the ONLY TB I’ve seen that actual does things RIGHT. It’s very clean and good customer service. I decided to give this TB a 5 instead of a 4 because their employees go above and beyond. A cashier, Harrison, asked me how to pronounce my name because he didn’t want to butcher it. It seems small and simple, but most people don’t care just butcher it anyway. It doesn’t really matter, it’s nobody’s fault that my mom had a creative mind, but I can really appreciate people who go above and beyond for their customers, especially because I’ve worked retail for a long time now.

The nice gentleman with glasses working the drive thru on August 22 at 11:10 pm had a great attitude. Great service!

This is the first time I've gone to this tacobell and got both great customer service and a perfect order with no mistakes. Highly impressed with the guy working drive through too he was great! Will gladly be coming back.

Most Tacobells are the same... This trip and this work crew did an excellent job....which is not always the case...take out order was correct nothing less an nothing more....food was made as ordered onions tomatoes an lettuce cut as ask...

Can be slightly tough to get to with all the construction around it. But otherwise this location has always done well in my book!

Gavin in drive thru has great customer service. Greeted with a smile and very friendly.

The service was fast and friendly, and they didn't skimp on the hot sauce. Unlike some places where you order 3 things (including a larger main dish) and only get 3 sauce packets! Not this location! They were also very courteous when I asked for a spork. Only teeny tiny issue was I only got 2 napkins (and these napkins don't ABSORB the mess as much as just SMEAR IT AROUND)... so just for future please give your customers at least 2 napkins per item (and 3-4 for larger items and ASK THEM how many they would like for NACHOS and other finger foods). Just a thought! But I'll be back for sure♡
