AutoZone Auto Parts

I've gone to this location several times. Every time I am greeted politely and attended in a speedy manor. I wanted to post and thank them for having the AutoZone Loan-A-Tool Program. It has been invaluable to me. I was having trouble removing the old O2 sensors, but with this kit, it was CAKE.

The best! The 2 gentleman inside where so helpful!
I had stopped at the Rowlett store on Highway 66 for a battery for my car and it was sprinkling and they said they wouldn't swap my battery in my car.
I called RC AutoZone on my way home (730 pm) they had NO problem changing my battery in a few rain drops!
Even made sure to check the warranty on the old battery!
What a great experience ! They went above and beyond!

These guys are amazing. My battery died at the gas station and after I got the jump start, I drove it over and they replaced it for me. They were so sweet and listened to me whine about my morning while they replaced it. I would have told me to shut up but they were too nice.

This AutoZone has been amazing! The customer service has been excellent and helpful. I so appreciate their free services, which our family has utilized recently: car battery charged for free, free disposal of used motor oil. William even came out to my car and got it for me. It’s nice to have a company that treats its customers so well!

Very helpful staff and a good variety of items especially tire pressure gauges. They had power steering fluid for my Honda on the shelf whereas O Reilly would have needed order it.

...so, was helping a near blind friend and his wife pick up a yep, 1973 thunderbird that needed a battery...googled nearest autozone, they had the right battery of course; and the checkout guy seemed happy enough to lug it out to the trunk,and was adamant about putting on the little felt thingys on the terminals..I mean ,what more can I add?..oh yeah, he added that if I bring ANY automotive battery to ANY autozone, I get the core charge back...so there...

At autozone I find everything I'm looking for to properly maintain my car in terms of mechanics and accessories to bring my car back to 100%.

I lived in Dallas. Was in neighborhood & Gerald McDonald deserves accolades for being so nice & help when I came in to the store. Took extra time to check my batteries & saved money. Am sure all employees of Auto Zone are good people but people like Gerald needs special mention & thanks. Keep up!

Great customer service by Dillan (James) , I came to this location because my car was loosing coolant , bought the radiator cap and Dillan told me about renting a pressure tool to find the problem. I saved my self hundreds of dollars from taking it to a shop . I tested pressure the radiators and found a leak in the heater core y hoses . Thank you Auto Zone for great service and hiring great sales persons. I would for sure recommend this store to friends and family .

They have an awesome crew here! Replacing the battery in my car took a little longer than they probably expected but they battled through it and got the job done. I very much appreciate their dedication to great customer service, even when the weather is still a tad chilly here by Texas standards!

Edgar was more than wonderful! He tested my battery and replaced it with a new one. It took him about an hour because he practically had to disassemble the back of my Prius. He was so sweet and never complained about the difficulty. Thank you so much for making this experience such a pleasant one for this grandma!

I just had the most unbelievable customer service! Candace G was so helpful. I have never been put in a situation to deal with a car problem and she was eager to help me out and get my brake light changed. I am so thankful for her above and beyond customer service!

Check engine light came on so I drove here to find out why. Used the reader, got the information and the part I needed, replaced it, and engine light went off shortly after.
Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional.

Great customer service. I was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the front door. From that point on my transaction went smooth from 'A' to 'Z'. They helped me find what I was looking for and even went outside to make sure the part fit my truck.

This is the only auto parts store I go to. They are always friendly and helpful and go out of their way for customer service. I recently returned a truck battery that had failed after about 3 years. The guy that helped me informed me that there had been a problem with that particular battery and gave me a new one with no cost to me. I was amazed.

Impressed and very grateful. I'm going to drop some backstory in for proper context.

I was driving through the dark Texas night, nearing the Dallas metro area just before the clock struck 5AM. I was on my way from Chicago when I noticed the battery light turned on in my truck. The power slowly and dreadfully drew downward, 13V, 12V, 10V, 9V, 7V... uh oh. We had made it this far, but cars have the best timing right. I pulled over to try and identify the problem. Unfortunately, the closest place, AutoZone was closed as was everything else.

After sitting around for 2 hours with no power, I slapped a lithium booster pack on it and made it halfway thru the 6 mile drive. Slapped a different one on and just barely coasted with no power steering into the AutoZone parking lot.

I got my tools ready and ripped the alternator out while they opened. Mike Cleveland, I believe was his name, was certainly one of the most knowledgeable managers I've ever met. I was impressed. Personally, I'm a 10 year veteran of combined experience in independent shops, dealerships, and auto wrecking experience (I just don't look the part lol) but regardless, I appreciated Mike's well guided input. It was pretty refreshing for a change to hear someone who knows their stuff.

Locally, I'm not an AutoZone guy, so much so that when he rang me thru the system, I had no prior history. Long story but it was bad history related to professional relations with their quality control in my area. Anyway, Mike was very friendly, we chatted a bit and he offered to charge up my battery while I swapped out the alternator and belt. Overall, my experience was smooth as silk and I'm quite thankful to him for his professionalism. I couldn't have made a better choice for parts. My truck's happy, so I'm happy. Thanks!
