Sunrise Diner

Stopped for lunch on our way down the coast. Had the Greek omelet, Patty melt, and the Haddock basket. The food was very good. They were pretty busy, but the wait wasn't long, and the service was great.

Had an absolute fabulous Thanksgiving meal with my sisters at the diner. One of us went traditional with the turkey dinner, and all the fixings, I tried the lamb chops, and two of us got the prime rib. Was absolutely delicious. Everything was so good we decided to go back the next morning for breakfast. Another great meal was had by all! The crabs, egg Benedict was beyond delicious. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Great atmosphere in the diner. Will definitely be back every time I visit my sister!

Stay away from here!
I don’t want you dern tourists taking up valuable seats from a great locals dinner. It’s obvious from the level of clientele this place is well used by locals as a great breakfast lunch place.
I could tell the great staff knew some of the customers by name as regulars.
My breakfast was great, a house made corn beef hash served up crispy with eggs and crispy hash. My wife got the meatloaf and mashed which she loved; I would never get something like that that I can make at home but I had some and it was really good.
Portions are very generous, you won’t go away hungry.
The staff are very experienced and attentive to the customers needs.

Wow, wow, wow!! Tried Sunrise Diner for the first time with my family. And let me say we will return! I was pleasantly surprised with the generous portions. The staff was super friendly. Service was excellent and the prices were reasonable! We enjoyed it throughly!

I forgot to take a picture when I first got my meal so forgive me for the partially eaten chicken 😆. But I wanted to share how large the portions were.

This is the great home cooked food with wonderful hospitality. Reasonably priced and I can't say enough for their friendliness and just making you feel welcome. The food was amazing. You can say that I'm redundant. BUT when something strikes you, you just can repeat it enough. Great job crew. We will be back soon.

While in Cocoa Beach, I stopped in for a late lunch.
Ordered the patty mel with fries, the food arrived hot and fesh.
Everything tasted great.

Floor layout reminded me of a smaller version of the Stadium Diner down in Miami Gardens.

This is my family’s favorite breakfast spot when we visit Cocoa Beach. The food is always delicious with big portions and amazing coffee. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and attentive. Even when there’s a wait, it’s 100% worth it.

The employees are so nice. We were 8 down on the list but a big smile and a "don't go far, I'm seating everyone " makes you feel assured you aren't a number. French toast was delicious. The mimosas were pouring. Great spot.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! We stopped after a cruise and were so glad we did. The servers were friendly and the food was amazing! I had the crab Benedict and it was scrumptious! As a Jeopardy fan it was fun to learn that the Sunrise Dinner has been mentioned 3 times in Jeopardy clues!

Forget the caramel mocha frappuchino. Naw this place is old school greasy spoon diner cool! Coffee, just regular coffee without all that fancy stuff! Extremely friendly staff, skillet prepared food and relaxed atmosphere which is perfect for day at the beach. Pancakes, REAL eggs, hashbrowns, omelette with freshly squeezed orange juice. Very good start to the day.

Such a comforting thought that places like the sunrise diner still exist in our modern world. They're not trying to 'force' an atmosphere of "throw back" or even go as far as to say "Old Florida" but it's so refreshing to find a place where the food tastes great, the servers area attentive and smiling. The whole staff works hard - striving to make your dining experience a good one. Busy place, you might have to wait, but it's so well worth it. The biscuits and gravy with a couple of eggs on top will fill you up all day.

So friendly. And classic diner eats! Plus mimosa! Our greek omelet meal was big enough to share and they even grilled our homemade biscuit for us! So we have room for all the tasty vacation treats!

Great little diner in Cocoa Beach! Sat at the bar and had Country fried steak accompanied with a couple delicious mimosas. Debbie and Dominique were super friendly and attentive. I never had to ask for anything as they were on top of it all. Thanks for a great breakfast. I will definitely return.

We love Sunrise Diner!! The food is great, it’s family friendly, the service is quick, and the staff is very friendly. And the fresh squeezed Orange Juice is so refreshingly delicious!!

We only had to wait a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and our food was hot and delicious! Food portions were just right! We had eggs, fried potatoes, bacon and shared two pancakes! We will definitely be back!

Having grown up in the northeast, I was looking for a diner that was truly a diner and not just another waffle house or IHOP. This place hit the spot - plenty of homey breakfast dishes, including a colossal homemade sausage patty they call the sausage steak. I had that with perfectly cooked over easy eggs, creamy grits, a stack of buttered rye toast, and unlimited coffee. One word of advice is to get there early on the weekend or you may have to wait for a table.

Nice place for breakfast. Small menu but everything I ordered was decent. The grits taste instant but the biscuits were good. I had the country fried steak and it was top tier. Pretty busy while we were there so don't expect to get in and out quick.

Excellent eggs bene and hash...great taste and large portion. Friendly staff and good price for quality and quantity of what you get. Did I mention the great hash browns.
