Michelle D, the manager at the store today, was AMAZING. Walked in close to closing with T-Mobile customer service on the phone and she was able to get everything I needed done in minutes where the 800 number couldn’t do hours on the phone.

5 stars or even 6! McKenna was really helpful and efficient. I wanted to switch from metro to the real T-mobile and thanks to her good work the procedure was smooth and quick. Great job.

We were working on getting new phones added. The one we wanted wasn't in stock (we needed that day) and the manager called around to find one at a store nearby, and even drove there to go pick it up for us. While we waited, we compared plans between new ones and our legacy plan, to save us money.

Eugene was super helpful, patient and friendly. I got a new iPhone, and he made sure a got a good trade-in discount for my old phone. He followed through on helping me trouble-shoot getting my data switched over to my new phone and helped me find a BestBuy for the part I needed. Great service.

Because of Cody and his staff today, I will continue to be a T Mobile Customer. Thank you! Customer care was above and I really needed it, was having some serious life problems. CODY MADE MY DAY .JUST BY BEING KIND. Thank you!

We happened upon this store (it is so new it wasn’t in my phone map yet), and we were so lucky we did!
Everyone was super nice. We had to get 2 new phones and transfer a number, so we were there for a while. They were great and really nice to our kids, too. They got us set up with 2 new phones and accessories and made sure I could get out of there quickly to get back to work.

Highly knowledgeable, and good customer service demeanor!!

The service rep. Tech did it great job, friendly and, she didn't like rush me out of the store,

I would highly recommend tmobile, I've been a Sprint customer, since 2000.

I can honestly say I've never been more satisfied with customer service and happy to have been helped by Travis. He went beyond my expectations and was able to help me get my mother a cellphone as well. Over all it was a great experience and definitely will be coming back soon.

I had a great experience here with Kaleigh at the Guess Road Sprint store about 2 weeks ago after having a not so great experience at the Fayetteville Rd location. Kayleigh is knowledgeable and informative regarding the products. She listened to my frustration I endured at the other store and was very kind and patient with me. She went step by step and answered any questions I had regarding my account. Despite the fact that other clients started coming in Not once did she rush through the process. She gave me the customer service experience that I was looking for. I 'd also like to thank Timothy P Wells (T-mobile) for listening to my concerns and frustration I encountered at the Fayetteville store. As a Sprint customer for over 10 years I had my concerns about the T-mobile merger. Tim really went above and beyond to make sure that I was heard and make me feel at ease. THANK YOU to both of you.

Ziona is the lady to see! She can get you setup and good to go for any device! Even if she diddnt know the answer, she found it within minutes.
