The dudes eye was going way out west so that should have been my first red flag. But no he said 15-30 minutes so I shopped then came back 30 min later we’ll he was on YouTube watching videos on how to repair my screen. My phone would not turn on! So he called his boss and I still waited around for an hour. He said he needed to keep my phone till the next day. So he kept my phone for 24 hours. I came back the next day at 2pm he said come back at 4pm. Alllll day long my phone wasn’t even touched by any of them. So I came back and it was finally fixed. Didn’t get an apology or anything. Still made me pay $250. So it’s been 2 weeks later and I notice my watch won’t connect to my phone so that’s when I notice a notification from apple that my screen isn’t an accurate apple product replacement or installed correctly. So now I have to get it checked out tomorrow by actual licensed professionals. Do not waste your time with these idiots!!!!
