Great service and quick turnaround! The team at Mavis Discount Tires was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed my tire in no time. Reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere make this my go-to place for any tire issues. Highly recommended!

I went and got 4 new tires this past Saturday and everyone was super helpful with the process. The people up front were easy to talk to and very friendly. Just my luck, today my brand new tire got a screw on the side wall and wasn’t fixable, so I have to replace the tire. I stopped by Mavis to get it done but unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock. The team went out of their way to try and find me one from other nearby Mavis and check with vendors. I will be going back tomorrow to have my tire replaced. Overall I’m really happy with the service they provided from start to finish at Mavis 1894 Central Ave, Colonie Plaza. Thank you to everyone at Mavis who helped!

The young lady at the front desk is very polite I came in for an oil change, rotation and brakes and my wait time was very reasonable. Jeff pointed a few things he noticed with my vehicle and took care of everything in a timely fashion I’m very pleased with there performance I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here

After getting denied at jiffy lubes to get a plug in my tire, they took me in straight away. They were super quick and efficient and they were very transparent to showing me what went wrong and even after with my worries of my tires they explained things to me and even checked the rest of the treads on my tires. The two men who helped me at the front desk were very sweet and knowledgeable and definitely made me feel more comfortable asking for help!

Excellent service and pricing. So helpful. The management is wonderful as well as the staff.I just recently moved to the area and was I need of a garage. I'm so glad I found this place. I won't go anywhere else!

James and his crew are always making any issues I have worth the wait when busy. They go out of their way to make sure my car is safe and I spend the least amount possible. Always head there instead of the dealership. Keep up the good work guys!

I stopped in May 1st because I had a leak in my tire and needed it to be plugged. The staff was friendly and got my car in quickly. I was in and out so fast I actually never got the names of the staff. They fixed my tire at no cost and sent me on my way. Wonderful experience at this location!

Jim was amazing. I called him in a pinch, I worked close by and my car was overheating because the oil, it was short notice but he squeezed me in. Everyone was busy so he personally did it himself. I am so grateful for Jim making sure that my car was ready for when I left work to pick up my kids and get home safe. Car is running great now, and I’ll remember to check the sticker. Thanks Jim. You guys have an awesome shop!

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Discount Tire. The manager (James Polo) got me in quickly for an oil change, and kept me informed throughout the process. His efficiency and friendly attitude made the visit hassle-free. Highly recommend for fast and friendly service!

This is the best auto shop I have ever worked with! The manager, James, is very friendly and helpful and takes the time to explain what you need and why. Service is prompt and all staff are just as friendly and helpful as the manager (esp the other James!). I highly recommend this Mavis

Team did a great job to take care of multiple tire issues I was having on a Chevy Silverado work truck. "TeeTee" running the front desk was fantastic! Presented & performed like an experienced veteran - I was very surprised to hear she was a recent hire! Great customer service, firm & professional interaction with the team - I wish there was a TeeTee at the front desk of every business I walked into!

I absolutely love this Mavis.... sooooo clean and the employees are very professional. Oh and your neck doesn't hurt to look at the TV screen, they even have a charging station for your phone. The Mavis around, highly recommend. Thank you James!

I went to this location with an unknown reason why my tire pressure light was on. The workers took my car in and examined it on the spot. They found no cause why the light was on and they reset the system that removed the light. They let me off for the rest of my day since there was no clear problem wrong with my vehicle. The workers were very polite. If I have any problems with my car, I’d definitely return back to this location going forward.

My cars front end started shaking like crazy, I stopped into this Mavis location and I was very impressed with the service. One of the mechanics Mike immediately approached me and immediately pointed out that my belt shifted on my front tire and he showed me that the steel was coming out of the tire .I got 4 new tires and the service was tremendous.I was so great full that I got there when I did because that tire was ready to explode.Thank you Mavis Tire and a special thanks to you Mike for your outstanding service and knowledge of what was exactly wrong with my car !!!

Drove into the lot from the dragon buffet after slightly going over the pavement went in to see if someone can come look nd see what is scraping on the ground. Ken or keenny came right out nd helped in a timingly manner. He was very engaging nd polite. From Chrysler 300.

Came in at 5pm with a emergency wheel needing tire refitted and they were able to get me in and out in less then 20 minutes. Amazing store
