I’m writing to inform everyone that the customer service in this store is above and beyond!! Everyone there is extremely friendly and when I’m there they’re always talking to me and treat me along with everyone else the absolute best. It’s a very friendly atmosphere. I play the skill games and they cheer you on and are very knowledgeable about the games and answer any questions I have. This type of service from them is the best!!!

This place is incredible. Cody and JJ were the best employees. They didn’t push and they answered honestly and were completely financially understanding. They’ve definitely made permanent customers at the Hermitage Dubz and I promise they’re not paid enough.

Dubz is my number one place to go for anything and everything. The guys always know exactly what I need and they help whenever I have questions about something else. The environment is so friendly & positive. I love this place & everyone who works here!

best vape shop in the area by far. great selection of mods, pods, juice and coils. both locations Hermitage and Greenville are staffed with very friendly people, they even have a rewards program to earn some cash back on your purchases. the stores are clean and well stocked. its my go to vape shop and should be yours too.

Best vape shop in the valley! Always great service and will exchange faulty products when done as posted in store, (smart to check vapes before leaving the store) hard to be a hater when they kill it all around honestly. Best ethics forsure.

I had a goofy complaint about some juice I bought from there I use fruit monster juice and jam monster I didn’t KNOW what I was doing because I’m 51 years old and JUST STOPPED SMOKING cigarettes so I turned to vaping I was upset BUT that wasn’t Dubs fault this grandma didn’t even have a clue! These kids are Soo sweet and caring I love this little store:) it’s sooo clean and very well stocked:) My grandson’s father is friends with one of the owners:) He tells me how PROUD of the owners he is of them! And the service is phenomenal! I would recommend these stores to ANYONE:)

I was there a few nights ago for the first time. The man who helped me was wonderful and very happy with my purchase. Will be back definitely!

Staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very neat/clean inside and huge variety of stuff! Staff has also been very helpful with any questions I have when calling into store. Highly recommend DUBZ smoke & vapor!

I mainly shop at DUBZ for disposable vapes. Just recently switched over from cigarettes. They have a huge selection of flavors & brands. They also have Delta 8 products (flavors, gummies, vapes & pre-rolls). They have everything smoke shops usually have from bowls and bongs to vaporizes and grinders. The best part about the place is the staff. Very down to earth and extremely helpful. I’m in the shop at least once a week won’t be using my money anywhere else. Go check them out !

Every time I go in there I get treated the best. I am the WORST at choosing a juice and NOT ONCE have they been impatient or rude with me. The owners are awesome guys, for real. I've had more than one random conversation with them. No need to go 4 doors down to the dishonest business that's leaving fake reviews on Dubz business. If anyone has questions I do have proof 🙃

Stopped by to check this store out on my way home. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Bought a Triple Berry Elf Bar that was fantastic. They even had skill game too. Would only recommend this Vape and hangout spot in hermitage. Definitely only coming here.

A mutual friend kept telling me to stop in... so he took me today. I enjoyed my visit. Your two guys today were very enjoyable to interact with. We had some laughs. Enjoyed your cookies. Your local candles were sweet looking and smelling. Free pool table is a nice touch... and your selection of everything was a nice change. Nice set up guys. Good luck in the future... :)
