Update 3/15/24: I came here to get data recovery services and was able to use cash app to pay for my services. Super convenient.

I was having issues with my laptop and saw that they had walk ins. I received a quote and ended up receiving great service. Location is clean and received my laptop in a timely manner.

The guy knows practically everything and if he doesn’t he will figure it out. I had niche piece of tech, I didn’t quite understand, and not only did he set it up, he explained how to use it in detail.

Oraine at Zidra did a great job fixing my son’s Laptop and iPhone for the best price. The guy is very knowledgeable and has all the right equipments to get the job done.

I typically do a lot of my own upgrades and simple repairs like swapping a hard drive out or adding more ram to the mac, but found myself facing a repair that was going to require some micro soldering which is not part of my current skill set. A known apple issue with a cable that breaks over time (flexgate) - and I never got word of the recall. After driving to about 5 different places I was finally guided to Oraine at Zidra. He made the effort to see if perhaps apple would flip the bill, but no such luck for me due to the age of my laptop. I went ahead with him doing the work and my screen is working great again! Very competitive pricing, orderly office setting, all the right tools in place, and well worth the fix. Oraine was patient with me asking him a million questions (lol). The electronics are getting more and more complex for the do-it-your-selfer, and I'm so happy to have found Zidra - extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I had an issue with my PlayStation five HDMI port. Needed someone to fix it who is knowledgeable after I had a bad experience with IFIX REPAIR company. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. I was greeted by the owner, who is very knowledgeable and very polite as well and fair for pricing to. My laptop crashed on me, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I was worried that the paper I was writing had been lost. This company was amazing, they fixed my laptop and explained to me that my paper was stored in my google docs so I should not worry. I was able to log onto a friends computer to finish my paper! When my computer was fixed it came with a new screen, they called and spoke about the crack in the screen ( the crack was there for a long time) and they asked if I wanted that done too. The cost was reasonable so I quickly said yes. If I have any problems with any of my devices in the future, I know where im going. Thanks so much!!

Even though my son's laptop couldn't be repaired, I am highly satisfied with the service. Gave alternate options and offered to xfer the data to his new device. 10/10 would recommend!

I had some liquid damage to a MacBook Air.. Oraine was able to repair the circuit board and get the touchpad and keyboard back working. I highly recommend his tech services!
