Long John Silver's

Haven't visited long johns in a few years. The food was hot and fresh and good. We got a good amount for the price. The staff was friendly. The store is in need for a remodel.

Unfortunately, there is not one in Hot Springs, AR. Plus, the one in Russellville, AR closed.😪

The Service Was Outstanding, Very Friendly, Courteous And With A Smile. Our Order Was Perfect, Perfect Temperature, Delicious All The Way Around. Store Was Clean, Restrooms We're Very Clean And Smelled So Good. Manager In Duty Was On Top Of All Duties. Everything Was As We Liked It. Great Customer Service. We Will Be Back.

I love going here, friendly employees, and amazing food that is always hot and fresh... the only thing I don't like is that on the inside, the floors are greasy, and the place desperately needs to be remodeled.

I ordered chicken. It was great tasting! It didn't have that grease taste to it. It actually had a buttery taste. I'm very impressed. It's been a long time since I've eaten really great Long John Silvers.

We got there right about 25 minutes before closing time & the worker didn’t want to work anymore & told us they closed 30 min before every night to clean & take out garbage! Ha! We spoke with the GM there & she was just awesome! She was embarrassed & shocked at her employees behavior & didn’t hesitate to make it right. She went above & beyond and showed exactly how a manager should be!

Went through drive through, person was very nice and friendly. Not too long of a wait and food was hot fresh and delicious.

The service is always fast, friendly and courteous. I love the fish!! The current promotion is all-you-can-eat for $8.99 on Sunday ONLY. This buffet includes fish and chicken and the usual sides. I don't know how long this promotion will last. You might want to call the store directly to check.

Came in with family at almost closing time. The staff was very kind anyway. The mgr that night was amazing. She took our picture with the pirate hats on. I wish that I could remember her name. We had a very pleasant experience and the food was great. We will definitely be back.

I'm not going to be apologetic; sometimes I crave Long John Silver's. No, it's not a high-end seafood restaurant, but it is quick! Let me tell you something else about this Long John Silver's: The employees are friendly, outgoing, and give great customer service! Make you feel like they're glad you're there. I like that.

Every visit I have made has been superior! Service is great food is exceptional and the building needs updating but since the new crew has been here I feel way more comfortable dining in now!!!
