Today, I had a strong craving for breakfast, so I decided to place an online order. I opted for their breakfast sandwiches and the new hazelnut latte, which was absolutely delicious. Upon arrival, I was informed that the honey crullers I ordered would take an additional 3 minutes, and the staff offered me an alternative. However, as honey crullers are my favorite and I rarely indulge in them, I opted to wait. After parking near the entrance, a young man promptly arrived with my order and mentioned that the drinks would be brought out shortly.

To my surprise, the same man I met at the window, later came out with an extra drink that I hadn't ordered. He explained that it was a new drink set to debut the next day, and he wanted me to try it, before he even had the chance to. This thoughtful gesture, along with his kind demeanor, made me feel truly valued as a customer. Despite a minor error in my order, I was so touched by the exceptional service that it didn't bother me at all. This experience highlighted two things: the impact of customer service on our enjoyment of food and the kindness that still exists in people. I believe the entire team, especially the young man who went above and beyond, deserves recognition for brightening my day. Husband and I just had a late “brunch.” Manager was very kind and dropped fresh eggs for our sandwiches. My iced coffee was delicious. A charming little store, very clean, very professional.

I actually work here. Been here about 2 months. And really I enjoy working there its easy work they close at 7.. I'm starting to remember the regulars we have.. I normally make sandwiches. But I do everything there I try to be in a good mood smile and greet our customers with respect.. no one wants to deal with a ride employee.. I give out customers 100 percent of my time when I am with that customer..

My daughter and I we're wanting to try Tim Hortons on our vacation. She loves it because it is Canadian and her friend from there talks about it so much. We got the 2 for 5 biscuits and large frapp and shake. We would totally go again. The service was great and so were the food and drinks! Hope you enjoy too

This Tim Horton's has been consistent in providing good food and service. Many times I will meet friends at this location for a quick meal and/or a cup of coffee. I have never had a negative experience, in any way, at this location.

Love everything here. Great coffee, tea, hot chocolate with their food! Free WiFi and no rushing you out. Friendly employees.favorite filled cookies gone(red velvet). New strawberry items yummy.

Here on 19 December...this sandwich is just an awful mess. Ordered new chipotle double steak hoagie and cannot recommend to anyone. My husband brought me 1 home at a later date, sandwich is still a mess, practice did not improve it. Service is fine but so many items out. Coffee is still saving grace.

Best Vinella cream donut I’ve had! Coffee is better than Starbucks. ( Not as strong, and they add the correct amount of cream and sugar! Not to sweet, not to bitter ). The other donuts I’ve had were great! The timbits are also great! Everything else is top notch! Staff is friendly as well!

This location is well managed with great staff. Tim's coffee is better than every other competitor (Starbucks, Dunkins etc.. ).

One of the furthest south Tim Horton's locations I know of. When I travel to Cincinnati for business I try to stop into this location in transit to/from the airport in Dayton.

The first time I was ever there and it was good I really enjoyed their food and the cappuccino is very good

My breakfast sandwich and coffee was fresh. Much better quality than other fast food chains.

This place makes excellent coffee! Tim's coffee is incredible. This shop is convenient, and the personnel are helpful.
