Colby was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs in upgrading a phone and then adding a smart watch. He offered the ability to purchase accessories that will best help me enjoy my new products. He has a gentle, easy way about him that was so helpful in answering my questions.

Colby at the Springboro Verizon store is a true gem! He gave us wonderful customer service even when customers kept walking in the door. He also called for help to come and assist with them.
He is very knowledgeable and very helpful with questions.

Eli was extremely helpful! He was patient and answered all of my questions. Explained all the phones and set my new phone up. While I was there both of the workers were helpful to all of the customers who came in. Mostly older folks and the young men were kind, helpful and not condescending at all, no matter what the issue was. Highly recommend! Just wish they had more comfortable seating for the customers.

Starla and the Manager (didn't get her name) went more than above and beyond for me. The Manager drove for about 3 hrs round trip to get me the phone I wanted. The also did research to get me the right info for my NFL Sunday ticket incentive. They should both receive accommodation for today's service.

Absolutely exceptional customer service with Robert! Went in to get one problem solved on a family member’s phone and ended up with better, more practical plans for both accounts. We would recommend him to anyone and we will definitely be back for any future needs!

Robert was extremely helpful. He did a great job ensuring I had all the promotions Verizon offered when I came in to upgrade my iPhone. He was also helpful with accessories and features.

My wife and i came in about a month ago and upgraded our phones. We worked with Jack directly. He was absolutely everything you hope for in a salesman. Extremely informative and very helpful. My wife and I absolutely love our phones and will definitely be returning to this store in the future. The other guys there also helped keep the mood very light. Overall a fantastic experience!

Had the pleasure of a lovely young man by the name of Sebastian help me in the springboro location. He was very educated in helping me decide what I needed. I normally don’t enjoy visiting the store in the past, but I had exceptional customer service this visit. He really went out of his way to address all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision and felt he truly cared about me as a customer and not another number. Would highly recommend this location for great customer service!

This has to be the friendliest, most efficient and most knowledgeable Verizon retailer that I have ever used. Robert was so patient and helpful in serving me, since I didn't really know which phone I wanted when I walked in the store. He knew everything there was to know about each phone I inquired about and helped to guide me to the best fit for my needs. This will be my go-to store for all future cellular purchases from now on! Robert is the man!

I walked and was immediately greeted by Robert. I broke my phone and hadn't had an upgrade for some time. So I was due I asked what he suggested. He made 3 suggestions that were comparable to what I had, which they no longer make. He knew the prices of all the phones. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. He asked what I was looking for and what I use it for and gave me the best options. The one I really wanted was on backorder, but he said it would probably be a week. I chose the other one. He set it up, put the screen protector on and even the case. I walked out in less than 40 minutes. All this was highlighted by the fact that I was turned away from another location because "appointments are now required" No, you don't, you can go to a better location with better customer care.

I'm so glad I found this Verizon store. I walked in and immediately was greeted very friendly and welcoming by Chad. I went in there to upgrade to a newer phone because unfortunately mine phone was having issues. I told Chad everything I wanted in a phone and he was very knowledgeable and honest about what would be the best phone for me. Chad was very helpful and he took the time to go above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He not only got me setup with a new phone but took the time to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one and never for a minute did he make me feel like I was taking up to much of his time. I have already been telling family and friends about this Verizon store and that I highly recommended it. Thanks again Chad for ALL your HELP.

The guys here did a great job. They were quick and thorough. We enjoyed working with Chaz, he answered countless questions from my 13 year old and me. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He didn't try to over sell anything and listened, to what we needed. Much quicker than going to the big store and waiting forever. Thanks guys!

Great experience here. My phone screen cracked. I came in and got a new phone with everything set up and transferred within 30 minutes. Ask for Michael. He did a great job.
