Big Chicken

Ordered two meals including:
1. Popcorn chicken, crinkle cut fries, and drink
2. "BBQ Chicken Alert" sandwich, waffle fries, limited edition Peach Cobbler Shake

Delicious and hot food. Polite/welcoming service. Clean atmosphere. Great place!

I highly recommend the grilled cheese. Plus, they carry Pepsi products here (there's just no better pairing than fried chicken and mountain dew!) the staff is always so friendly and the vibes are overall very good.

First time having Big Chicken! I got the Big & Sloppy basket and it was hot and delicious. The macaroni and cheese on a chicken sandwich is exactly what I was looking for. Went on a Monday afternoon so the atmosphere was perfect, barely anyone in the dining room. Both employees I encountered were friendly and nice! Can't wait to come back :-)

Returning customer. I got the uncle Jerome twice now and I love it. My friend tried it and really liked it too. Fries are awesome as well with cheese on the side. Oreo shake was great. I will definitely be going back the next time I'm in the area!

This was our first time there and we certainly wasn't disappointed. Great Chopped salad! Only issue it's very cold. I even had a sweater on and was cold. Will be there alot I'm sure.

The food was great! The chicken was hot, juicy, and fresh. The sides were good, nothing amazing, but good. The service was OK, very young staff inexperienced so some things were not done correctly but, everything was corrected in a timely manner. Overall I had a great visit and can't wait to try more!

Update: they have changed their fries. They are now generic looking crinkle cut. Dang, I hate when places do that. I haven’t been back since. 😦

I stopped in around 5:30 pm on the Sunday after the grand opening. I was literally there because I love Shaq. The line was a few people out the door, but worth waiting. I got the MDE sandwich and BC fries and a pineapple cream soda. Also got several sauces to dip the fries. I ate them first and loved the flat crispiness. They were everything I like about fries, then I got into the big sandwich. Shaq’s signature sauce is fantastic and the chicken had great seasoning. The pineapple cream soda was awesome and I loved the entire meal. Look out, Popeyes and chic fila. The meal I had tonight topped their competitors. 💯

I've been here 4 times now and that would be more if it wasn't far but each time the food is always great. There's never a long wait and the food comes out hot and ready. The only complaints I have are that the tea doesn't taste quite right and during the most recent visit the service was tame. Overall I love Big Chicken and it's worth the long drive for sure.

My first time eating Big Chicken was in Las Vegas, Nevada and I got the Big Aristotle. I wasn’t a big fan but it was good. When my boyfriend and I seen that Big Chicken was coming to our city, we jumped to try it again so my boyfriend and I went here for dinner tonight! I got the Big Aristotle again and this time around it was amazing. The food was very fresh and hot. I got the sandwich only. My boyfriend got the Bigger popcorn chicken and the dirty fries. We tried all the sauces and they were good. Would definitely try again.

The chicken tasted fresh and juicy. We tried the big popcorn chicken, the BC fries with cheese and bacon, the uncle jerome, the big and sloppy, jalapeno slaw, and the el padrino shake. Normally popcorn chicken from restaurants can be really dry, but even the smallest pieces still were not dried out. The shake was SOO GOOD! It had bits of peanut and chocolate shavings mixed throughout the shake, highly recommend! The sandwiches are very filling and the portions are good for the price.

Shaq’s big chicken! We went 10/22/22 4:30pm As soon as we walked in we got a very nice greeting by the guy at the counter. Being our first time there he helped us figure out what to get. I ordered the Big & sloppy, which had Mac & cheese on the chicken sandwich, I added some Shaq sauce. OMG!! So freaking amazing! My Husband got the Uncle Jerome, It’s a spicy chicken sandwich. We shared a order of dirty fries plenty enough for us both. Very good too! We wanted a shake but we were so full when we were done we couldn’t even think about a shake lol. I want to give the guy named Joe at the counter a major Thank you! He was very nice,kind and helpful. He gave the best costumer service I have had in a very long time, people like him make you want to keep coming back. The food was amazing too!

I was beyond excited to try Shaq's Big Chicken restaurant. And it lived up to my expectations. Huge portions, great flavor, and overall a wonderful dining experience. I will be back.

I love going and ordering the Buffalo sandwich, they are friendly in their service and the food is always served with very good flavor, another food worth highlighting is the Cob salad

The chicken sandwich was excellent. The fries were great as well. Not a cheap place to eat, but worth it.

First visit. I am impressed! Not open till 11am. No drive thru.
Walked in at 11am & about 25 people walked in immediately behind me. I ordered take out but the restaurant has plenty of seating. No outdoor seating however. Staff friendly & courteous. Tried the Nashville Hot sandwich, jalapeño slaw & tenders. Tenders crispy on the outside tender & juicy meat.
I thought I’d try the jalapeño slaw even though I’m a traditional slaw guy. I didn’t appreciate the flavor. Won’t get it again. The Nashville Hot sand which was huge. Definitely would not be able to eat while driving. Chicken was enormous. Crispy, juicy & tender. I would have preferred the Nashville hot sauce a bit “spicier” but it was flavorful & enjoyable.
Hands down way better than any other chicken joint or fast food sandwich. It will be my go to place when available, even over chik-fil-a or Popeyes.
Restrooms & seating area clean.
Their pos machine will ask for a tip. Didn’t care for that. I did tip however, this time. The “zero” tip option I assume is hidden under the “other” tab.

Very delicious food, staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Fries are crinkle cut crispy and delicious, Shaq sauce reminds me of campfire sauce from red robin which I love and the sauce bar sauces all are great. I will come back

Wow, Opening day was great! The line was wrapped around the building, the line moved fast, the service was EXCELLENT and the food was by far the best I have had as far a chicken sandwiches, shakes and FRIES! OMG!!! This Banana Pudding ice-cream Sandwich was giving me life! The Diesel Milk shake gave me big cookie energy!! Best EVER! Now, let's talk chicken sandwiches!!! They are killing it! I am a chicken sandwich specialist..lmbo.. That Chicago, 🔥🙌🏾.. so good, I needed to take one home for lunch the next day! The fries... seasoned to perfection🧡. The Shaq Attack Sandwich was great as well.. By far best Chicken Sandwich out there!! Go get you some "Big Chicken" My new FAVORITE!🔥🧡

Price? Worthy every penny and not a wallet breaker

It was super busy when we were in for lunch but the turnout was quite fast. First time having some Big Chicken and was not disappointed in any way.

I got the M.D.E. (Sandwich with Shaq sauce and pickles) and BC fries. The piece of chicken in the sandwich was huge and tender. The flavor of the sauce was good but the fries were very thin. I was expecting steak fries (that’s what we were told), but they were very thin and crispy.

The food was great! I really liked the original sauce. The sandwich was a big one! Facility was clean. Especially the bathrooms.
