Any time they have short ribs on the menu, get it! These were the short rib ravioli and they were simply divine. Perfect butter sauce and mushrooms, I was very satisfied. The spicy shrimp dish is delicious as well, depending on the night the spicy level can sometimes be crazy hot, but always so good as well!
We have come here at least four times and it's always amazing. I recommend calling ahead for reservations, they're always busy and so worth it!

Authentic chef with wonderful atmosphere! Great experience from the moment we walked in the door. Excellent breads! Staff friendly. Chef came out and talked about the food and asked what we thought. Don't need a reservation,but would do it if you are planning on being here at peak times. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous.

This place is the real deal. Tucked away in a strip mall is this little Italy restaurant. Fresh bread, fresh pasta, fresh ingredients, mama mia, the food was incredible. I ordered to go, but my service was excellent. We had the chicken bacon alfredo and the gorgonzola chicken dish. I want to try the marsala next time. Def try this place.

20 Feb 2021... We're from Daytona, and found Alfredo's as we were driving thru the area. We ALWAYS prefer to try locally-owned restaurants rather than larger chains and franchises. Soooo glad we hit Alfredo's, and absolutely love the fact that there is indeed a man named Alfredo who owns this place... Not only does he own it, but he's happy to greet you when you enter and say good-bye when you leave. Everything we ate was excellent! The most important test I apply when trying a new Italian restaurant, is the red sauce test. If the red sauce is no good and nothing it touches will be good either. Alfredo's red sauce is absolutely delicious. If he sold it by the jar I'd buy it! we both had eggplant dishes, my wife had eggplant parmesan while I had eggplant rollatini. As you can see from our pictures, everything looks delicious and tasted exactly the same way... we highly recommend you give Alfredo's a try. We don't think you'll be disappointed! Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that our server, Amanda, was absolutely excellent! She took great care of us. Thank you Amanda!

Excellent dinner! The bus boys were especially hard working at cleaning tables. The food was delicious! Good selection of wine. We will definitely come back.

I came here with a large party and the chef personally came to my table to accommodate me since I needed a vegan option for me and my brother. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. A++ would highly recommend to anyone.

Alfredo's Paradiso is literally THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD in the State of Florida! I am 70 years old and of Italian heritage and have eaten Italian food many thousands of times at hundreds of different restaurants across the US. I usually try the Veal Parmesan as a measuring stick and I rank Alfredo's among the very best.
The proprietors, originally from Sicily, have done a great job bringing their skills to Brevard County.

Incredible dining experience! The food was delicious, and Alfredo deboned my sea bass table side. He is so passionate about his restaurant and that his customers have only the best. Smiley gave us outstanding service. We looked forward to coming back.

It felt like being in Mama's kitchen surrounded by family. Absolutely spectacular.
The staff made us feel welcome and were pleased that we were with them.Drink refills were at the table before the glasses were empty.The food was incredible from appetizers to the main meal .Pricing was lower than expected considering the fantastic flavors and the large quantities. Alfredo’s is the best Italian restaurant on the Island and beach side. My wife and dad and I went there for his belated Father’s Day gift and we had such an incredible experience. The food was DELICIOUS and the service was phenomenal. The Chef and owner Alfredo came to check on us and make sure we were pleased which was unique these days. I highly recommend you visit Alfredo’s if you’re looking for an authentic Italian meal!

We were there Sunday evening around 6 pm. We did not make reservations, shame on us, and they managed to take care of us immediately. There were three in our party. As we walked in the aroma of great food stimulated our nostrils and we knew we were in for a good evening. The dining area was pretty full and the patrons were having a good time and conversations. Our server was on us in a New York Minute and she had taken care of us before. Sorry for not remembering her name, she quickly had our order taken and turned in. Garlic knots arrived quickly and we got busy with our wonderful evening and our Niece from out of state was Impressed with everything. Being a long time Californian, wanted to make sure she was impressed and she was. She ordered Chicken Parm and alfredo sauce and very pleased with the portion and wonderful flavor of her dish and she brought some of it home. My spouse and I ordered the Lasagna. The serving was very well portioned and the flavor was awesome, the garlic knots were refilled a couple of times. Service was timely, food delicious, and facilities were clean and well taken care of. Staff are well trained and dressed, to include the bussers. The three of us enjoyed our meal, and everything about this place. Planning our Christmas Eve dinner there for 10-12, Be sure to reserve. This is our third visit here and will continue to patronized them. One last thing, on the way out, Everyone to include the cheif...said good night. If I were running this place, would ad a ships bell to the exit area so happy customers could ring the bell and all staff would know of a happy experience.

I am in love with this place. As we waited to be seated (which was seconds), this guy, with fantastic, longer, white hair and black glasses pulled 6 fresh, hot, steamy, Italian sourdough loaves from the cast iron doored pizza oven and slid them onto a butcher block counter just to replace them with freshly risen dough loaves to bake. There was an incredibly beautiful Italian woman in her mid 50's speaking Italian to the man with the sourdough and I was lost in a day dream. She said something amazing in Italian, as the man behind the cash register cashed her out and the Italian with the sourdough replied "Chao". We sat down at the table and food and service was amazing. We watch this Korean War Vet get so excited to see the plate of at least 30 muscles tucked into a bed of creamy pasta, my husband's mouth dropped. It was a glorious sight.. I loved it when The Italian with the sourdough came to the table at the perfect time to ask about the food. We will definitely be back again...

Unbelievable! A friend recommended the lasagna and the split pea soup! I could not believe how incredible and fresh everything was! Guy Fieri where are you? Put this place on the map already! They are seriously real deal Italian!

Great birthday dinner! I chose Alfredo's Paradiso for my birthday dinner and am so glad that I did! Great food comes from knowledge and prime ingredients and the Chef here has both at his disposal. Very friendly and great atmosphere. Merritt Island is very lucky to have Alfredo's Paradiso!

Foods always great and staff is always friendly. The owner always stops by your table to say hello and make sure everything is good. The pasta with clam sauce is delicious and the veal marsala is excellent!! Always look forward to going there for dinner.
