We Fix It Phone Repair

Satisfied to the Nth degree. Needed a battery replaced in a Samsung Galaxy A50 phone. Checked out a few places online, then made a few calls. Every place else wanted paid upfront, and the prices quoted for JUST the battery were over $15.00 more than the total cost (parts and service) charged by We Fix It.

From the moment Dominic answered my phone call, I was treated better than Family. He even offered to help me find the information online to fix it myself! That would have saved me money, but I prefer to let the Pros handle such things.

Ahmed and Dominic are not only Professional, but efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and among the nicest people with whom I have done business in my 70 years on this planet.

If I need service of any sort on my cellphone in the future, I know who I am calling.

I went here today to get my phones screen fixed, and I was blown away with the service here! I was helped by Tray, and he made sure nothing was overlooked during the entire process. He was extremely friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout. It only took them around 40 minutes to get my screen fixed. Overall just an amazing experience. Go here if you have screen issues they will not disappoint!

I had an iPhone 7 Plus with a cracked screen. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and dropped off my phone the next morning. They went through a very thorough function check with me at drop off. They had the phone done about an hour later. When I picked it up, we did another function check to ensure that everything was good to go.

I do have to say that comparing my phone with my wife's phone (same model), the colors don't seem to pop as much. I can only assume it is because an aftermarket screen was installed. While it is a little disappointing, I don't think it's worth docking a star since it was so much cheaper than going to the Apple Store. Aside from the difference in color, you could never tell the screen was replaced and everything works perfectly, which is the most important thing to me.

Great experience and service with a new battery for my IPhone! After a month of my phone not holding a charge and a trip to my cell phone store saying I needed a new phone costing me $100 that day and an increase to my monthly bill of $30 a month, I called Batteries + bulbs! Within 30 minutes of arriving and $70 for a new battery, my phone is like brand new! Colt and Codie thank you for excellent service and a big savings in my monthly budget! 👏🏻

The staff at the store on Morse at Hamilton are great! They are always professional and do a great job getting me taken care of.

One time I thought my charging port needed replaced, they said all it needed was cleaned and they cleaned it out. And they charged me absolutely nothing.

That never happens anywhere!

The associates were amazing. They replaced my iPhone screen, which was shattered, within thirty minutes! They were extremely knowledgeable, and offered great suggestions for preventing the break in the future, and that didn’t include them trying to sell products to me—just great suggestions. Kudos Batteries Plus!

5 stars because of the entire crews customer service. I appreciate courtesy and polite feedback. The price was fair enough. I found a place in Walmart that less expensive a few days before but the owner changed the price he quoted me. I don’t appreciate being swindled so I went to Batteries and Bulbs. I am glad I did!

Repair of my iPhone 7 screen went smooth. Tray was great in letting me know that a new battery wouldn't improve my phone performance as mine was still at 89%. I will return with future device repairs.

I can't recomend this place enough. After looking at other phone repair places. Not only was this place less expensive, but they were also the only ones to fix it that day in 3 hours. Also the staff was extremely friendly and personable.

My phone battery died on Saturday. Like everyone I depend on my phone. Technician Cory did a great job replacing my I-phone battery. He was very courteous, informative, and friendly. I would definitely return to the store.

Good service overall. The tech knew what he was doing and the price was fair. They were fairly busy (on Monday morning) so you might want to consider an appointment.
