Very small but the workers were happy and the manager created a warm environment. Was so pleasant to experience

Good food for the price. Freshly fried, hot,& all-together correct in all aspects. Trying the new oreo frappe' was a surprising & much-needed treat. You can definitely tell though that they are stretched thin takes a minute for them to get to you but they try and do their best. They did.

It’s 11:15 at night and the crew members still after hours of dealing with A holes still have a great attitude! Food is fresh and efficiency is the priority. I live closer to not ONE but TWO McDonald’s and yet I’ll make the extra drive every time. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I happen to stop in this McDonald's, I drive over the road and I stop here to get breakfast, and a team member by the name of Sherri was so nice, kind, and professional here customer service was amazing and I just had to leave a review

Hey guys, this is McDonald's in Alcoa and sometimes they're really busy but I'm always gotten fresh food there and the service is great. The managers very polite and they help out with any issues that you may have so definitely suggest going there

CSR's are great, food is hot, breakfast deals are almost unmatched.

We were in Tennessee and we stopped for a quick lunch. This place was great. The people were so friendly and the food was fresh

Had hotcakes and sausage it was delicious and fast service. However my last visit there on Thursday evening around 7pm I only ordered a double cheeseburger with no pickles and extra onions. After I ordered it guess because of being short handed or some reason because the 3 cars behind me were turned down and cars pulled in after that at least 10 cars or so. I understand that all the restaurants are short handed right now, but when I finally got to the window I could see it just sitting there and it took a little bit before they realized I was still waiting for my food 😳. So I pulled out and got my double cheeseburger out of the bag only to find it was wrong no onions and around 20 pickles (I am allergic to pickles).Tried to call back couldn't get anymore to answer the phone, so it goes to their voice mail which was full so I couldn't even leave it message. Very disappointing I would have went back but wouldn't have done me any good, because they were already closed 😡😡.I will say that this is my first bad experience in a while, but then again I don't eat there often !!

We had a great experience there. At this one. We will go back. I know these restaurants can be random for customer service but this one was great. McDonald's in general has been good but this one exceeded.

Twenty minute wait for old tea and cold fries. 😡😡

we did a "made to order" meal and it was great we order are meal just like always but has them cook it fresh while we waited

Customer service is a1 on morning shift

Stopped in for drive thru on our way home from the dentist.
Burgers, chicken, and fries all hot and fresh and delicious.
