Greg is hands down the best car salesman around! Greg and Randall worked amazing to get us in exactly what we wanted with no pressure!!! They even stayed way past closing to get us home in our Subaru! Thank you also to Amy for staying to help finish up our purchase! By the time we left it felt like we were saying goodbye to our family.

Prestin along with his dad and brother and Laura and Greg are amazing. I was hesitant due to bad credit but they assured me they could make something work and I couldn't be happier. I went in today to look around and check out the cars I had on my mind when I checked out the website, I booked an appointment to check out what I was wanting look at. When I got there and I checked in, I was early and they rolled with it. I was introduced to Peyton, and he really made the experience a good one, I’ve always been nervous about going in and buying a car. The thought used to make me nauseous, I’m not going to lie, but Peyton was super chillaxed and light hearted, patient, understanding, joking, and he listened to me when I told him my preferences, and asked questions to help find the perfect vehicle for me. And we found the best fit, I love the car.

Called the dealership stating my vehicle needs, was assured I would be able to purchase a car. Greg Thaxton was fantastic, he went over n above, helping me out. The manager Makaila Gambrell was outstanding, also, she listened to my needs and helped me pick out a mid size car, I was happy and satisfied.

The entire process was smooth and fast. Greg and Makaila delivered my car the next day, as I couldn't get ahold of my insurance company to have the vehicle insured.

I am so grateful for Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa, TN. My husband and I purchased a car from them and they took us in like family and hooked us up on such a fantastic deal it made my head spin! I then just had to take my husband’s best friend, our neighbor, to the dealership and get him set up too. Haven was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I went in there with absolutely 🚫 hope and actually came out with a NICE vehicle. She refused to give up on me! I didn’t have much to work with but she made it a possibility for me and I’ll forever be grateful! If your gonna get a car or need a car go over to old Ben in Maryville and ask for haven!
