Always fast and friendly. Has allot of products to choose from, and cheapest gas in town of Mayville. Staff always courteous, and professional. I deal with staff member named Mark quite often, and he is always informative and helpful, quite refreshing actually. This is my go to place in town, enjoy the quick chats with Mark, and all the help with lottery tickets he provides, very knowledgeable on so many things they sell.

I'm a truck driver and I stopped in last night. I was treated with the most respect. Austin was the man working and he was really nice and went out of his way do we can warm up some soups. He also recommended somewhere to eat. I'll definitely stop in here everytime I'm in the area.

Shell is a nice little gas station . The ones who work there are very nice and polite and try to make everyone's day. So if you want good gas snacks lotto something cold to drink and a smile on your face when you leave visit Shell in Mayville Wis

Shell in Mayville is my go to for quick access to a variety of things. Great customer service and employees are very friendly. I would like to give a shout out to Mark for always being rite there and very helpful. No waiting to be checked out. He doesn't slack or goof around. Seems like he's always keeping himself busy every time I stop in. Great place to go if you wanted to be treated good and have a quick in-and-out experience.

I currently work here we try to have the cheapest beer,gas,and cigerrates we run into probs but who doesnt usualy try to fix quickly.

Usually the best price on gas

I’m in the place looks like an abandoned building. It was a Bandan for years so it’s cool to have it back. But dang does this bathroom leave so much to be desired. The staff here is super friendly so I’m gonna give it a three star regardless of the appearance and it has an abandoned feel to it which is also kind of cool.

Most of these reviews are obviously fake. The higher star reviews seem to all mention one employee or bash another. Early morning I come in around 4:30 because the door was unlocked and lights were half on. I grab a soda and was met halfway at the door saying that the gas station was closed and sorry he couldn't help me so I left. Come in again on I see a taped note saying hiring but as you read it seemed to be very demeaning of past, present, and possible future employees. A few days after that I seen notes taped to the bathroom door, in the candy isle, on the exterior door, and up by the cash register. At least two of them made mention of other employees. I also noticed a $0.20 cent difference in price on two rolls of toilet paper, they looked the same to me and I would have thought they would've been the same price. When possible I usually go do the street. There are times I have no choice but to use shell when their was an incident in town and all the other major gas stations were closed. Anyhow I'm leaving a 3 star review because I feel some improvements would make this a much nicer pit stop.

We come to shell a lot. This afternoon. Jan 23 2022. I dont know the cashier's name. She works mornings i guess. Brown short hair. I came in for cigs and lotto. She gave me the meanest look and slammed her hand down on my tickets and garbbed them and cashed em out. Then i got cigs and lotto for my boyfriend. Very very very rude!!! I said having a bad day. She said yup. So i said cant take it out on your customers. So i will talk to the manager. She was sooooo mean. Scared me when she slammed her hand down

Nothing special about this little gas station

So I bought 2 energy drinks today for $1.25 each. Total came to $2.64. Why would I only get 25 cents back. The guy with long ratty looking hair should have gave me 36 cents back. What a thief. Lost a customer!

Honestly shocked mark still works here. After reading all the complaints and experiencing myself how creepy he is yet shell still allows him to work here. Please if you are a female avoid this place at all cost. The stories I have heard of him following women, making creepy remarks to females. This is the business you wanna run? Where no female feels safe?

The dude with long hair is a thief. He shorted me a dollar, and I figured it was a honest mistake. My next visit there he handed me my change with the bills folded in half (obviously trying to hide the fact that he had shorted me another dollar). I wont be back

Giving 1 star because 0 isn’t an option! The guy who works here that wears “El Diablo” but is known as Mark makes me uncomfortable. He is too flirtatious, he keeps pushing for personal information and he keeps telling me other people’s information I don’t want or need to know.
