The mail delivery, on the other hand, is hit or miss... but I'm just grateful to get the mail, so it doesn't bother me too much. (They used to deliver to my house at 10AM, which got progressively-later over the years... up until 2PM or even later.)

If I could rate a zero I would. Mail lady stole my cat and there was no consequences for it in any way. She has also given strangers my address. The Farmington, NH post office is a joke. They are supposed to be people we trust but they are not.

I have field numerous grievances and am quite concerned, anytime I get mail from IRS, DHHS, court etc it always has a test sliver in the corner. Basically any mail that as my social security number or mots personal information has been tampered with, my car payments etc have not been touch but anything with any labels that scream GOV. Has arrived to me with a ripped corner yet nobody knows why

Post master John constantly fires or bully's employees into quitting (spouse is ex employee) and then had nobody to deliver the mail - I have a package that I needed today that is stuck at post office since he can't run a route, have called to complain several times about missing mail etc and he never answers the phone because he's never there all I get is somebody who works at the front who whines when she talks, make Bryan your post master and no this do not any employees fault it's the said source of a post master they deal with.

I have several packages that have been marked out for delivery for 2 days. None of them have showed up, though I have gotten my regular mail each day. The representative at the post office gave me the runaround when I filed a claim. She said my packages are out for delivery and I will receive them today. As of 7:30 pm, no packages. Mail came earlier today. No packages with that either. I'm going to start having all my shipments sent out with other carriers. This is ridiculous.

I have been lied to numerous times by multiple individuals here about where my package is, if they attempted to deliver it, and when it'll arrive. STEP. UP. YOUR. GAME. You are handling people's MONEY. I have received packages over a week late just because it was "gonna be shipped out late" and never was. I go to pick it up at the office and they tell me it'll "be shipped that day." it never is. They constantly tell everyone they "attempted" to make deliveries but they NEVER actually did. I have had this issue with ONLY this post office. Stop the lying. I quit my Amazon prime membership because there is no point in having it if your post office never delivers on time. Be up front.
They also LOVE to give you the WRONG mail and jam your mailbox so full that you need to DECONSTRUCT it to get mail out. Absolutely inexcusable. Nothing handled with care.

My package said "FRAGILE" on it in big red lettering and I WATCHED the delivery man throw it on my porch. The item I ordered was damaged from the throw as it was FRAGILE!! this is the second time he has done this.

I receive my neighbors mail in my mailbox an average of twice a week. You'd think that after putting it back in the mailbox with the flag up weekly would send a message to USPS delivery drivers, but apparently not. This has gone on for years. Tracking numbers of mine have shown to be delivered when they're not, to which I believe I've seen them sitting on my neighbors door step. Not only have I received my next door neighbors mail, but mail from the next road over, with the same house number. This is unacceptable and quite frankly an invasion of privacy for my household as well as others that may experience this.

There is a reason why this post office has such bad reviews. They stopped delivering my mail because they claim the mailbox is blocked by snow. Meanwhile my mailbox is right next to my neighbors and they still delivered his. I have also stopped counting the number of times they have delivered other people’s mail to our mailbox. We put it back in the mailbox, flag up, only to find it in our mail again either the next day or a few days later.

This place is horrible like the worst how can they not ever answer the phone and then when I go in it's a ghost town these ppl need to do there job and not ignore it

Lied to several times.
They take no blame, and Postmaster John tells them to just cancel its existence so they dont get any reprimand or repercussions.
Class act guys, just pass the buck and look the other way....
