Uri was amazing in helping me! I originally came in the get my wedding rings fixed but unfortunately the rings weren’t able to be fixed without the problem reoccurring. Uri spent so much time working with me and my rings finding a solution. Now I have a beautiful pendant necklace with the original diamond from my ring. Thank you so much for being patient and kind throughout this process while I decided on what I wanted. I highly recommend them for your Jewelry needs!

Today I was VERY down about finding a ring! We went all around knoxville and were coming up empty. We decided to stop at international flair jewelers to see if our luck would change and it DID!!!! the ladies were so caring and considerate to me and my fiancé. They treated us like long loved friends and typically at stores you have to wait a week for them to size your ring and she took the time to do it THAT DAY!!! I can't thank them enough for what they did for me and my hubby! Definitely would recommend this place to everyone!

HIGHLY recommend this place. I went to about 10 places in the Knoxville area and called others before I found this place. I was told $400-600 and about a month turnaround to get beads put in my ring for resizing. I was also told to not do the beads and to have it resized completely but come to find out it was for their own benefit and profit. I have a band with diamonds in it and thankfully they told me here that with resizing the prongs that hold the diamonds would loosen and I would lose my diamonds eventually if they opened and closed the band. They were so honest even though they could have resized and charged me more. This company did what was best for me and not just for there revenue. Not to mention they had same day service and apologized multiple times for a wait when I first came in because they were short handed that day. I could not recommend this place enough. Truly honest people and the best prices around!! She charged me $110 when I was told $400-600 everywhere else.

We have purchased several jewelry pieces from International Flair, previously the Turkey Creek location and recently their new location on Kingston Pike. We stopped by this past week. My grandfather wanted to purchase a Birthday gift for me. Uri was very kind and patient and showed us all of options in the price range we had given her. Eventually I settled on a Mother of Pearls Turtle Pendant along with a sterling necklace. I am grateful for the gift that I can always remember my grandfather by and the exceptional service we received. Upon our visit I also left my wedding band and engagement ring for Uri to adjust some bent prongs and cleaning.

This is a truly wonderful experience coming here! The store is beautiful, they have a very nice selection, and the people are awesome! They are so friendly whenever I go there - they make me feel so welcome! I have been coming here for 3-4 years and have had a great experience every time. I have some jewelry that needed repairs- pieces that are very important to me. They do repairs on site - and extremely well also. When I was searching for a specific piece, they searched & searched to finally find it and ordered it for me. Please go see these fine folks - you will not be disappointed!

International Flair is an excellent place to shop whether you are looking for yourself or for gifts. I started shopping there for gifts, but in the process, I have always found something that I wanted, too. The owner and her staff are always helpful to find the right gifts and they get to know your preferences at the same time. They never try to point you in a direction that you have no interest in. They understand what you want and try very hard to please. They can take your stones and make custom jewelry. I am waiting to see a piece that they are working on now. I know it will be perfectly beautiful and exactly what was ordered when they are done. It feels good when you can go to a store and they are friendly and will greet you by your name. That is what I have found there.

We had such a great experience picking out a gift for my son’s nanny! The lady helping us (didn’t catch her name) asked details about who we were buying for to help identify what she might like. My little boy picked a bracelet and she let him carry it around to compare to other things and see what he liked best. She stayed extra late to help us get the perfect gift, and it was so perfect. She let him be a part of the entire process down to the gift wrapping. It was a tough choice with so many unique options, it’s unlike any jewelry store I’ve been to!

We got exceptional customer service and an incredible selection of jewelry. This store is wonderful! the staff really helped me pick the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. Every detail was covered and explained thoroughly and the whole staff was professional and educated. I love this store!! I have shopped here for many years, buying bracelets, earrings, Kameleon ring and necklace (multiple pops), I have had jewelry made, repairs and sizings done. Each and every transaction has been a good experience. I recently had a loose stone that I wanted mounted in a setting, the owner worked with me for quite sometime. I had to take a phone call and abruptly left the store asking her to research it further for me, she did so going above and beyond the call of duty. I felt she wanted nothing more than for me to be happy with the results. I am pleased to say I am thrilled with the finished product. What a great experience!

Been here several times. They have the most unique pieces in the area; beautifully designed jewelry. The owner was so helpful when I had general questions about stones, etc. Very knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next visit for my oldest daughter's birthday gift!

Love this place! My daughter surprised me with the most awesome Valentine surprise from International Flair - a Troll necklace from Denmark. I absolutely love it! I've never been into Pandora, but this charm necklace is totally unique. If you're looking looking for that special piece that you want to wear everyday, check out this place.

I have been purchasing jewelry from this store for many years. The quality and selection is second to none and the prices are lower than anyone else around. The owner is on-site and she and her team can create just about anything by you can imagine! No pushy annoying sales people here! It's a great experience just to feel free to look around.

I love love love the staff! They are kind and compassionate. I recently went through a divorce and was wanting to return my rings. Not only were they willing to take them back, but they suggested turning the rings into a pendant and earrings. I never would have thought of that, so creative! But it got me thinking that I would much rather transform this heartache into a new beginning and they helped me do just that. Uri (the owner) is a jeweler and can fix broken things as well as redesign pieces things into updated treasures. The sky’s the limit so aim high!
