This place is great! The staff are so courteous and helpful. The dr was one of the best that I've had and answered all of my questions. Lots of frames to choose from and some of the best prices around. I'm glad I went there. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to Walmart Vision Center in Woodhaven for almost 12 years. Dr Chin and Ms Kate have always been accommodating in every need with my glasses I have ever had. The prices are good (comparatively) and service is always great, even without an appointment

I have used the Walmart Vision Center for the past 5 years, and it's been an excellent experience every time I go. The optometrist is and easy to talk to, and takes his time helping decide what is best for you.

Jeff at the vision center particularly is EXTREMELY helpful, is always very pleasant and goes way above and beyond for clients.

I always recommend WMVC.

I really like Dr. Chin. Ive needed glasses since elementary school, and Im 30 now. Ive seen Drs in different states and companies. Lense Crafters prices are insane, and I have disliked Drs at Americas best. This has the combination of good prices and a nice Dr.

I have never been to a vision center that treated me as amazing as everyone here did! From the minute I walked in, I was treated like I mattered, not just a dollar sign! I would recommend them to everyone!!!

I bought a pair of contact lenses in this location the shipping was fast but the customer service was so so it could of been better the employee gave me the contact lenses that I ordered but did not give me a solution or a container for the lenses like other walmart vision do

The WORSE customer service ever. CHRISTEL was so rude she looked like she hated her life. My experience there was terrible. I asked what her name was she did not want to tell me. I asked her multiple times than she told me “CHRISTEL” in a very aggressive, rude voice. This lady should not be working in customer service if she does not know how to speak to people. I would never ever go there again and I don’t recommend anyone to also go there. MAYBE SHE NEEDS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB SINCE SHE LOOKS LIKE SHE MISERABLE WORKING THERE

The front desk had nasty customer service. Don't come here If your looking to be helped because they do NOT care to help anyone without a really bad ATTITUDE. There was 2 woman that spoke on the phone and in person that both just had poor attitudes. I wish I had gotten both names but only one told me the name which was Marie. If you want a good familly friendly place that likes to help customers DO NOT GO THERE.
