Wendy's

Went Friday night 02/09/2024, between 6 and 6:30 PM. I couldn't believe the quality of the burger. The double was restaurant quality, it was fresh, and slightly pink in the center,which is awesome! They were calling orders like chef Ramsey back there and produced an awesome timely meal. The young lady taking orders, and handing them out was hustling and so was the girl running orders out. They all were doing amazing. I just couldn't believe how good the burgers were. The fries were fresh and hot. The only reason a 4 star for atmosphere is the ketchup dispensers never work, I hate the packets, and this time the floor was tacky throughout. There's also a booth seat you sink in in the front which I found out the hard way until we switched seats lol. Will be coming back here for this amazing restaurant quality food and service.

Idk about other experiences I just want to shout out Kristen for the best service I’ve ever had. Outstanding service from the young lady. MANAGERS SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

I love this Wendy’s! My food was fresh and for that I don’t mind a little wait. The workers were sweet and the manager was amazing. Every worker that passed by the window spoke to me, which I found refreshing. Oh, and the food was great too!

Workers were super kind and helpful! There was a small delay in getting my food and two different workers went out of the way to apologize and then another lady gave us a complimentary cookie! The staff was beyond sweet and definitely put a smile on my face! Keep up the amazing work

Great tasting hamburger in along time. Was not over or under cooked.

The cashier assistance was awesome I don't know her name but she was young reddish hair and sparkly eyes and just as sweet and helpful as ever

and most economical meals offered.

Always great service always friendly faces always clean! I live closer to two other Wendy's and I drive out of my way because of all the things I listed.

Wendys competes with only the highest class of Downriver eateries. Their commitment to an upscale atmosphere and mediocre air quality is second to one the finest truck stop restrooms.

They didn't have my baked potato, though.

I love Wendy's- they always have a great variety - to choose from never leaving you with that bored feeling - always made to satisfy - of course, I have my favorite choices being the baconator and anything spicy chicken related - Most other food chains everything has a similar taste throughout their menu but I don't find that here - did I mention I love their Chili as well

Tried the new grilled chicken wrap...very good , reasonable size , would recommend.

The singles Me and my Wife got were great. They no longer offer broccoli and cheese bahked potatoes so We went for the sour cream and chives version. We were greatly disappointed. The broccoli and cheese potatoes were Awesome and will be missed. The service was pleasant and professional. Wendy's makes a delicious hamburger and other items on Their menu are high quality, as well. I would recommend this business to Anyone who is looking for a quick and delicious meal. I hope that this helps.

The lady at the Inside pick up window was so nice. I had 3 of my 4 little boys with me and she carried my food to my table and made sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and caring attitude made my day, and my boys! She has no idea how much she has impacted this tired mommas day. It’s rare to find kind people like her! I wish I would of gotten her name - she was an older African American lady with glasses, working the pick up area around 11:45am. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!!!

Service is usually fast and friendly👍... But it's the beginning of September and they already have their Halloween decorations up lol can we celebrate Autumn first
